Next Men’s Club Meeting will be scheduled Wednesday, October 3rd - Executive Meeting 6:30 P.M.
Regular Meeting 7:30 P.M. All meetings are in the Recreation Hall. Please Attend! All new gentlemen are
welcome!
The first show for 2012-2013 season will be on Wednesday, October 24th … “String Quartet”… shows are $2.00

LADIES OF SEMINOLE GARDENS
Friday, October 5th – 9:00 A.M. – Join us for “Healthy Friday” - we will have a regular meeting and celebrate
October Birthdays. There will be a speaker from the PSTA. -- to tell us our options for Public Transportation.
Note: This meeting is open to all residents of Seminole Gardens.
Friday, October 12th – 9:00 A.M. – Regular Meeting – wear PINK! for Breast Cancer Awareness…we will
have tips from Lolly and also vote on the By Laws.
Friday, October 19th – 12:00 P.M. - No A.M. Meeting! - Open to all residents of Seminole Gardens… join us
for lunch with Kendall McGuire. Doors open at 11:30 A.M. -- lunch served at 12:00 Noon with Kendall at 1:00
P.M. …tickets are required and can be purchased at all club functions, including Bingo! Ticket prices are $2.00
- the last day for ticket sales is October 12th at Ladies Club meeting.
Friday, October 26th – 9:00 A.M. – Ladies get ready for our “Annual P.J. Party” with a few surprises!

Wednesday, October 31st – “Annual Halloween Party” -- doors open @ 6:30 P.M….sponsored by the
Community Club, Ladies Club and Men’s Club of Seminole Gardens. As in years past, it’s FREE for all
residents of Seminole Gardens -- if you come in a costume and $1.00 if you don’t! Prizes will be given out for
the scariest, funniest and most original. Please bring a can good for our local food pantry! Thank you!

WELCOME BACK MEETING FOR ASSOCIATION PRESIDENTS:

ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS & DIRECTORS MEETINGS: Each building will be conducting its election
for new Board Members at its upcoming Annual Meeting. As per Florida Statute, it is imperative that your
“Letter of Intent” to run for one of the Board of Director positions be submitted by the due date. YOU MUST
MEET THE DEADLINE DATE STATED IN YOUR NOTICE. If you have any questions, concerns or need
help with it please contact Scott Lyckberg at 727-393-7502.
DUMPSTERS: For the safety of Seminole Garden Apartment residents, please remember to place lid
completely down on dumpster after you deposit your garbage.
LAUNDRY ROOMS: If there are any problem(s) with washers or dryers - please report to Management office during
business hours so that the maintenance department can resolve the problem(s) as soon as possible.
SAFETY RECALL NOTICE – FLUSHMATE III SERIES 503: If you have purchased a FLUSHMATE Series 503,
in corporation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, FLUSHMATE® is announcing a voluntary recall of
FLUSHMATE III Series 503 units manufactured from October 14, 1997 – February 29, 2008. The first six numerals of
the serial number listed on the product are the date code. The date code for this recall begins with 101497 (October 14, 1997)
and continues through 022908 (February 29, 2008). The affected FLUSHMATE III Series 503 units can burst at or near
the vessel weld seam releasing stored pressure. If you have purchased one from this time period, contact FLUSHMATE®
at recall hotline (800) 303-5123 between 8AM to 4:30PM ET, Monday through Friday,
or please visit http://recall.flushmate.com .
If you have recently had a new pressure assist tank FLUSHMATE® toilet installed. You should have sent in the warranty,
if not, check the inside of your toilet tank for warranty information and send to the manufacturer for warranty to take effect.
“MAINTENANCE WAS HERE”: Maintenance Department will always leave you this notice if you have requested a
work order and are not home. Please call the Management office during business hours at (727) 393-7502 to reschedule.
A work order must be filled out at the Management office in order for any work to be done in your unit. The Maintenance
Department cannot do work repairs to your unit without an authorized work order. If you are a renter, you must have
authorization from the owner of the unit before any work can be done.
SAUNA & POOL AREAS: Please remember to bring a towel with you to sit on if you are going to use the sauna at all times.
When in the pool area, for your safety and others, please do not open gate for any person(s) without an access card.
SUNTAN LOTION: Remember to shower/wash-off suntan lotion (excess lotion is placing a large strain on the pool filters
and pool equipment) before you enter the pool or hot tub. Men and women MUST wear a cover-up and foot attire when
they are outside their apartments, pool area and visiting the Management office! A towel is not a cover-up!
WIFI @ SEMINOLE GARDENS: Free WIFI is available Seminole Gardens located in the Rec-Hall (can also possibly
be connected from the pool area/library)….you can connect to the WIFI by choosing, REC HALL when signing on.
MGMT. OFFICE WINDOW HOURS: Management office window hours are 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 NOON
& 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. (Closed 12:00-1:00 P.M.). Please do not leave payments or work orders on the counter outside
the office when unattended. Please use our drop box in the door for after hour payments or work orders.
THE AFTER HOURS MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY NUMBER is 499-3209 This phone number is an
answering message machine that is paged out to a maintenance staff person on call after 4:00 P.M. on Weekdays,
Saturdays and Sundays. When calling this number you must leave a message: identify yourself, your building &
apartment number, your phone number and the nature of the emergency. The person on call will return the call
and/or come to the complex for the emergency.
