one trailer.
Large volume, fast and clean
The PULLBOX consists of a conveyor floor with a pulling capability of a mighty 90 t, which is connected parallel with a moving front wall. The belt is rolled up when
unloading on the back side of the trailer - with the aid of two hydromotors. Since the front wall moves during unrolling, the load cannot roll forward. This shortens the
unloading time significantly.
When the wagon is empty, the front wall is pulled back again with a hydraulic winch. This makes it possible to load a wide variety of different products into the PULLBOX
trailer, such as bales of hay or pellets.
Suitable for all products
Clean and grain-tight
Thanks to the 2 components - conveyor and front wall - the product cannot roll forward and the entire load
is moved uniformly. Because it is a continuous process, which involves a uniform dosage, even sensitive
products are not damaged.
The conveyor moves over rollers with bearings which are integrated into the floor.
The structure has a 7 cm conical design, a KAWECO feature which has been successfully used for many years
on the RADIUM and THORIUM. Since the load has little resistance and the product cannot be pressed, fewer
lateral forces result. This made it possible to design a lightweight steelframe with aluminium sides for the
PULLBOX . The low resistance ensures a faster unloading time of approx. 45 seconds on our 3-axle PULLBOX.
Almost all agrarian products can be transported with the PULLBOX, for example: corn, grass, CCM, corn,
rapeseed, potatoes, sugar beets etc. For us, it is very important to guarantee a clean and grain-tight process
in order to meet the high demands of HCCP and feed hygiene.
Therefore the moving front wall is fitted left and right with flexibel plastic strips which scrape along the side
wall. Plastic strips on the floor prevent the load from getting under the belt.
On the rear, a plastic scraper prevents that sand or another load sticks on the belt. The back door seals the
structure well with a sealing rubber and an active locking system.
