that we are now six months away from our seventh birthday.
Many thanks to you all for making the Club such a success. We

4D Cityscapes
How about this for a challenge - incorporating history,
geography, future development, education and a great
insight into how these Cities have changed over the years.
These are the first two in the series and unlike most maps
give you an excellent view of our major cities from historic
info to future projects. There are further Cities to come …
including Hong Kong, Paris, Sydney and many more major
Cities. It’s an excitingly different theme which we couldn’t
wait to put together. So we thought you might like it too!
Although not cheap to buy, we’re sure it will be a jigsaw
that will be completed many times, by all members of the
family and friends.
How best to describe these???
The ultimate jigsaw puzzle and the first to use time as the
fourth dimension!
Size when built = 700 x 360mm
First assemble the base jigsaw…
Then add the interlocking second level…
Then, with the aid of the poster, start to add the iconic
buildings in the order in which they were built, starting at
1078, and building the city up to the year 2014. You can see
the changing skyline over this time!
The jigsaw pieces are made from high quality foam board,
so that they lock firmly together, and the scale models of
the buildings are high quality injection mouldings, and slot
securely into the foam board.
Features glow-in-the-dark streets for added impact!

Readers Letters
Preparations for our Jigfest this year are going
well. As you know, it’s going to be a two-day
event this time, April 9 and 10 from 10-4. It’s
been so successful the last two years; we felt we
just had to expand it! We will have about 600
puzzles or more. About 40 manufacturers and
some 20 artists are represented, including, of
course Thomas Kincaid, Michael Jupp, and Kevin
Walsh etc. We have a number of unusual puzzles,
including wooden ones, so collectors will be
interested. We draw the line at 30,000 pieces
plus or we’d run out of display room!
It would be good to see and welcome members
again the event will be at the Abbots Langley
Community Centre, Manor House Grounds, High
Street WD5 0AP.

will make every effort to visit during the two

Hello Puzzler friends,
I understand she who should be in charge,
promised an article on Jan Van Haasteren,
however as you can see it hasn’t yet appeared
but I have it on good authority that it will go
ahead next month ready for the launch of our JVH
Collectors reserve club…
We’d also like to thank everyone who had to be
contacted when our Bank mislaid/lost a batch
of cheques! We really appreciated your quick
response. Vouchers/credits for the inconvenience
are on their way.
Next Wasgij releases will be June/July- Watch
out for a few surprises… If you are a collector
and want to be added to our list for automatic
despatch, please let me know.
