is a culinary journey through the Basque Country that ofers
you the opportunity to discover, in only three days, the
variety and rich gastronomy of the territory: the
elaboration of Rioja wine and the experience of tasting the
famous pintxos of San Sebastian and enjoying seafood
dishes of the French Basque Country.

A guide will pick you up at the airport to take you to Finca de los Arandinos, a boutique hotel located in
the heart of La Rioja that has its own winery. During your stay at the hotel, you will have the opportunity to
visit the cellar and to learn about the production process of the wine. Dinner will be served at the restaurant
Tierra, designed by the artist David Delfín and managed by the chef Diego Rodríguez, recognized for the
dishes that he creates with local products.

In the morning you will visit the iconic Winery Ysios and you will taste its incomparable Reservas and
limited editions 100% Tempranillo. Lunch will be served at Zuberoa, a restaurant located in an old
farmhouse built 600 years ago, managed by the chef Hilario Arbelaitz and awarded with a Michelin Star.
His way of cooking is known thanks to the reinterpretation he has done of the traditional Basque cuisine.
In the aternoon the guide will take you to San Sebastian, where you will stay at the legendary Hotel de
Londres y de Inglaterra, known for the distinguished guests that stayed in its rooms over the last 100 years.
Your guide will make you a tour of the city, including a visit to the best bars of pintxos –small dishes- of the
old town.

In the morning the guide will take you to the
French Basque Country to visit the beautiful
village of Biarritz, which used to be the summer
holiday destination of the European aristocracy.
Lunch will be served at Villa Eugénie restaurant,
located in the palace that belonged to Napoleon III.
Known for his seafood dishes, the chef Jean-Marie
Gautier has been awarded with a Michelin Star. In
the aternoon the guide will take you back to the
airport.
