Well London is all about feeling and being well, in mind and body.
There are many aspects of our lives that affect how well we feel,
that’s why Well London focuses on the following five themes:

neighbourhoods across London to help improve the health and
wellbeing of those who live there.

Mental wellbeing
A range of unique Well London events and activities are taking
place in your local area, up until Spring 2011. Across London these
include: gardening and food growing, community feasts, sporting
activities, dance and arts projects. All Well London activities are
free and everyone is welcome.
There are also opportunities for you to access free training and to
volunteer within your community. It’s all about getting out, meeting
people and having a good time.
