Cut off times: 9:00am (For all races).
In addition to Overall (Open) prizes, participants will only be eligible for an age category prize in the age category they enter.
Corresponding numerical age category tags must be worn on the front and back of their vest. Participants may enter the age category corresponding
to their chronological age or any younger category down to senior.
Participants must be 14 years or older on the day of the 10km race. 5km - 10 year old and under to be accompanied by an adult.
Temporary licensed participants are eligible for age category prizes provided they enter the relevant age group, wear the appropriate age tags and provide proof of age.
Juniors (born from 1997 onwards) wearing a junior or senior license must display category tags “J” to qualify for age group prizes.
Juniors only count for the Junior Team Prize and do not count for the Senior Team Prize.
No personal seconding will be permitted except at official refreshment stations.
Club colours must be worn to qualify for team prizes.
Licensed athletes should wear club colours and must display a valid 2016 licence number on the front and back of their vest.
Unlicenced athletes must run in clothing without advertising and must purchase a temporary licence that should be worn in front of the vest/sweater.
Entry cards must be carried for the duration of the race. Participants without an entry card may be disqualified. NO race card = no medal.
Prize giving starts at 09:00.
No Race numbers will be issued.
For safety reasons the use of personal music players during road races is strongly discouraged. Any person using such device in contravention of IAAF Rule 144.3b, or
who fails to obey a reasonable instruction from a race official may be disqualified and shall not be eligible for individual or team prizes.
Please do not litter. Use the bins provided or carry it with you until it can be disposed of properly.
All marshalls, traffic officials and WPA Techinical Officials must be obeyed.
Temporary licence holders when registering must complete and hand in the tear off strip from the number in order to be covered by the ASA insurance.
Entry cards, must be in the athlete’s possession during the race and handed in at the results board at the Finish.
