•The main frame is a fully welded
steel fabrication with 180x75 PFC
side members with twin 70x70x5
SHS central torsional members and
160x60x5 RHS cross members.
•All steelwork is galvanised to
BS EN ISO 1461:1999 after
manufacture.
• Pontoons and Fingers can be fitted with
the following surfaces:-
•Hardwood
•Concrete
•GRP
•Composite Decking
•The fenders are either pressure treated
larch, hardwood , ‘D’ section rubber or
Wilks PVC bolted to the main members.

Floats
• Rotationally moulded from
UV stabilised Medium Density
Polyethylene.
• This produces a one piece shell
which can be from 5mm – 10mm
thick which is virtually indestructible
and resistant to oil and chemicals.
• The floats are filled with polystyrene
beads which are steam injected
to form a solid mass.
• The floats are bolted through
stainless steel sleeves to the
underside of the pontoon frame.

and fitted with Nylacast Self Lubricating blocks.
Suitable for Circular or I beam piles
Surveys
•Where piles exist digital photographs can be taken where normal
surveying procedures are not practical and transferred on to AutoCAD
giving an accuracy of +/- 3mm.

The Crewlift Davit System makes
boating accessible for wheelchair users
and provides a means for sailing clubs,
marinas and marine service providers to
achieve the level of access demanded by
disability discrimination legislation.

Crewlift Operation
Step 1: Lower the boom and attach the sling to the lifting seat
Step 3: Swivel the davit to position the crew member over the boat
Step 2: Operate the pump handle and raise the boom
Step 4: Lower the boom, Safe and Simple!
