Fairfield Resorts, Inc., is one of the leading resort and vacation products
companies in the world, specializing in the development, marketing, and
sales of innovative vacation ownership and leisure products. Fairfield
Resorts is a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE:CD), a global provider
of real estate and travel-related consumer and business services. Cendant
companies include Resort Condominiums International (RCI), the largest
timeshare exchange company in the world, and Avis, the world's secondlargest general use car rental company internationally.

In the very competitive resort and leisure industry, keeping
costs in line is critical. At the same time, creating working
environments that optimize employee productivity are also a
vital part of operational success. Fairfield Resorts turned to
AIS to provide a low cost solution, yet give them certain
specific design features. With the majority of workstations
used as call center and customer support, Fairfield needed a
durable system for shift rotation use, along with heavy data,
cabling, and power capacity. The AIS AO2 system met those
demands, and afforded Fairfield considerable cost savings
over like alternatives.
Fairfield has utilized AIS products since 2001, and continues
to both reconfigure and order additional stations as demand
dictates.
