The Aqua Vape
Vaporfection’s signature Aqua Vape features a non-spill inline vapor cooling filter and is
made of laboratory-grade glass.
The Aqua Vape is the perfect way to filter and cool your vapor for the ultimate vapor
experience. Made from a heavy borosilicate glass, the Aqua Vape is virtually spill proof
and easy to use and clean per the following instructions:
Fill a cup with icy water; insert the Aqua Vape (logo side upward) into the cup. Draw water
almost to the top into the Aqua Vape by using it as a straw in order to cool the entire
device. The Aqua Vape needs to be filled with water to a level slightly above the lower
inner tube holes, or when drawing hard from it no water will be absorbed. Discard excess
water by blowing into it lightly until you reach the level above the holes. Install one end
of silicone tubing into the lower end of the Aqua Vape, attach your glass whip/wand into
other end of tubing, insert your ready to use whip/wand into the vaporizer’s heating
chamber, inhale the cool vapor and enjoy.

Vaporfection Warranty
All Sales are Final. There shall be no returns or exchanges except pursuant to the express warranty provisions hereof. Vaporfection
warrants to the original purchaser of its products that its products (excluding glass parts) when subjected to ordinary and intended
use, will be free of defects of materials and workmanship for a period of twenty four (24) months after your purchase. Glass parts
are warranted to be free from defects of materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days.
If there is a problem with the product(s) you have purchased, you must notify us of the problem, in writing, within forty-eight (48)
hours of receipt of your purchase. We will repair the unit free of charge for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of
your purchase, provided that the damage or malfunction is not the result of ordinary wear and tear and that the unit has not been
tampered with, damaged, dropped, subjected to uses other than those for which it is intended, or opened by an unauthorized
person. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of all shipping, replacement parts, and labor required to repair the unit. You
are also responsible for these charges if the unit is determined by us in our sole discretion to be functional or not defective. Repairs
or replacements for products after the 24 month period has expired shall be at your expense. We will provide you with an estimate
of the cost for the work to be performed and must receive your authorization and payment prior to commencing work. If we do
not receive a response from you within ten (10) business days of providing you with the estimate, the unit will be returned to you
without the repairs having been performed.
If you experience a problem with your product(s) and desire to have us repair or replace it, which shall be in our sole discretion,
you must contact us at [email protected] to receive a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We are not
responsible for items sent to us that are not in compliance with the terms of this warranty. No returns of any type will be accepted
without a valid RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) business days after issue, and the defective or non-functional
unit must be received in our facility within fifteen (15) days from the date of issue. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
Your RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the return shipment. A letter or copy of your email
stating your name, order number, item model, and serial number (if applicable), and nature of the problem must be placed inside
the return shipment, which shall be shipped to us at your cost. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with
returning the unit to us. We must receive the damaged or malfunctioning unit prior to sending any replacement. Your authorized
return may be processed, repaired, and shipped within 5-7 business days after receipt by us.
We are never responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages nor unauthorized returns, whether shipped by your or by us. All
unauthorized returns will be refused for delivery. All authorized returns should be shipped via a carrier that provides shipping
tracking numbers.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you fully insure your returned shipment against loss or
damage.
