User’s Guide
The Corporate Yellow Book is designed to help you access the information you need quickly and accurately. The
corporations in this directory are listed alphabetically by their official name. Most listings will follow the structure
and contain the same features as the sample page shown below. Some will differ, however, based on the company’s
particular organization, hierarchy or ownership.
1 Each Listing beings with the corporation’s
official name followed by communications information, which includes physical and mailing
addresses, phone, fax numbers, and Internet
address.
1

2 The General Information section provides a
brief description of the industry that the company is
in, the stock exchange and ticker symbol, a rounded
number of employees, a rounded figure of annual
revenue, shareholder meeting date, state of incorporation, independent auditor, and outside general
counsel.
3 The Chief Officer section contains a photograph
of the company’s CEO, with his or her full name,
exact title, affiliation or career, educational background, and date of birth.

each officer of the company hierarchically. Features
in this section include the officer’s full name; exact
title, including functional area; direct-dial phone
number; e-mail address; educational background;

5 The Administrative Services section lists
the managers of critical departments and services;

Indexes
The Corporate Yellow Book has four indexes that will help you locate the information you need.
왘The
Organization Index lists all parent companies and their subsidiaries and affiliates. Parent
companies appear in italics.
왘The
Industry Index lists all parent and subsidiary companies by industry category. A company may
appear under multiple categories.
왘The
Geographical Index has three sections. The first lists all parent companies located in the U.S.,
including their subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates, alphabetically by state, and by city within each
state. The second lists all subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates of U.S. companies located in the U.S.
Territories, alphabetically by territory, and by city within each territory. The third lists the non-U.S.
subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates of U.S. companies alphabetically by country, and by city within
