INFO TO PARENTS
ARRIVAL:
Before we can accept responsibility for your
children, we must know that they are in
our care. You must initial the daily roll in the
“Arrive” column and show the time of arrival
when leaving your children with us.
LATE PICK UP:
This program concludes at 6:30pm each
night. If for some reason you cannot collect
or arrange for your children to be picked up
by that time, you should phone the OSHC
Mobile on 0459 988 167 and advise us as
soon as possible. Late fees will apply.
EXCURSION/INCURSION DAYS:
Please refer to the information on the
program for everything you need to know.
FEES:
Please be aware that any days booked will
be charged the normal daily fee. Should
you cancel any bookings your normal days
fee is still payable. You will not be charged
if proof of absence can be verified by a
medical certificate. A $3.00 fee will apply to
casual bookings. A $10 Non Notification Fee
applies to absences without prior notice.
HAT POLICY:
Please provide a broad brimmed hat for your
child to wear for outdoor activities. Baseball
caps are not permitted children will not be
permitted to play outside.
LUNCHES:
Please send your child with an adequately
packed recess and lunch and a drink bottle
with water each day unless otherwise
advised.
THE COST:
In-house: $47 (before CCB)
Excursion/Incursion: $57 (before CCB)
ANNUAL FAMILY ADMIN FEE $60
— Some excursions may incur a surplus
change, please refer to excursion/incursion
information page for details.
