streams in a matter of minutes—a fraction of the time required using traditional
hand-held devices. There’s no need to move from station to station to obtain singlepoint velocity data or compute the discharge manually; discharge measurements are
obtained in real-time.
The compact, flexible, and affordable ChannelMaster is a horizontally oriented ADCP
designed to collect high-accuracy water velocity, stage, and discharge data for a wide

Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission – ICP is a multielement technique for the measurement of trace, minor and major
elemental constituents of water. Whether you need to measure
the sodium content of sea water or trace levels of a toxic element

Mercury Analyzers – Mercury analyzers, as their name implies, are
designed to measure only mercury and are effective across a very
wide range of concentrations; typically ranging from sub part per

TAI’s Series 6650 UV Fluorescence Fiber Optic-based Oil in Water Monitor
provides real-time, continuous analysis of Total Hydrocarbons, Oil & Grease (TOG)
for environmental and process control purposes from 0-1ppm to 0-2500ppm.
Typical applications include monitoring the content of oil in produced water on
offshore oil rigs and FPSO’s, rig-wash and refinery rainwater run-off to waterways,
ship ballast discharge and boiler steam condensate.
TAI’s Series 6700 On-Line Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analysis Systems offer a
highly reliable detection of all organic carbon species to ensure compliance with

Specific Ion (NH3, H2S, etc) loop-powered transmitters offer an affordable,

VOC Sample Preparation product offerings for water analysis include Purge and Trap systems

Static Headspace analysis is a time-tested and robust technique for the analysis of VOCs in almost

Tekmar's Automated UV Persulfate, Combustion TOC and TN Analyzers allow for a wide range of
carbon and/or Nitrogen detection. Whether the source be organic or inorganic in nature Tekmar’s
TOC instruments can perform the analysis. The UV Persulfate system offers a highly sensitive
Carbon detection range that is required for ultra pure water and drinking water alike. For higher
levels of carbon detection or more challenging matrices such as those of a saline nature, high
temperature combustion can be employed. This system also offers an optional nitrogen analyzer.

A glider is an autonomous underwater vehicle
(AUV) driven by a buoyancy engine capable of longterm deployment for measuring oceanographic
parameters.
The Slocum Glider is a uniquely mobile network
component capable of moving to specific locations
and depths and occupying controlled spatial and
temporal grids. Driven in a sawtooth vertical profile
by variable buoyancy, the glider moves both horizontally and vertically.
The long-range and duration capabilities of Slocum gliders make them ideally suited for subsurface
sampling at the regional scale. Carrying a wide variety of sensors, they can be programmed
to patrol for weeks at a time, surfacing to transmit their data to shore while downloading new
instructions at regular intervals, realizing a substantial cost savings compared to traditional
surface ships.
