Like Nothing On Earth.

The home of the 2015 Alpine World Championships, and universally held as North America’s top ski resort, Vail is an extraordinary winter vacation destination.
Spanning 7 miles / 11 km are the seven legendary Back Bowls of Vail; blanketed annually with an average of 366 inches / 930 cm of light powder snowfall. Warmed
by sunshine 300 days each year and with more groomed terrain than anywhere on the planet, it is a place for families to reconnect and celebrate.
In December 2012 Vail will celebrate its 50th Anniversary. In a winter filled with events, concerts and celebrations worthy of the spirit of Vail’s founding, we invite
our guests to join us as we mark this important milestone.
First and foremost we are pleased to announce the construction of a new ten-passenger gondola in Vail Village. To be designated lift #1, in honor of our very
first lift fifty years ago, ironically enough a gondola and our original lift #1. This state-of-the-art technology will speed our guests up the mountain to Mid-Vail in
about 7.5 minutes with innovations such as heated seats and Wi-Fi in every cabin. The new gondola opens with the mountain on November 16.
The Vail vacation experience is truly remarkable, from the world-renowned Vail Ski & Snowboard School to the first-class activities, concerts and festivals,
shops and spas, cosmopolitan dining and nightlife. Equally world-class are Vail’s hotel and lodging offerings, amongst the best in North America with an offering
for any lodging need.
On incredible Vail Mountain, the vast expanses of the Back Bowls will challenge your passion for the great sport of skiing and riding. The fun doesn’t stop when
the lifts close. Eagle’s Nest at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola is the place for nighttime expression. Take the free gondola ride to Adventure Ridge and try
exciting ski-biking, adventurous snowshoe tours, tubing or relax at family friendly Bistro Fourteen Restaurant.
For fine dining, The 10th, Vail’s brand new fine-dining restaurant at Mid-Vail offers modern alpine cuisine in an elegant and stylish setting. Or try the traditional
Game Creek Restaurant—a European-style chalet nestled in one of Vail’s famed Back Bowls. Game Creek’s superb continental cuisine, extensive wine list and
first-class service is the perfect end to an incredible day on Vail Mountain.

Not exactly roughing it.
When you enter the gates of Beaver Creek, you leave everyday life behind. People come from all over the world for that feeling, and many
make it a tradition. From Beaver Creek Village, an outdoor escalator whisks you and your gear to a perfect winter wonderland.
Indeed Beaver Creek is world class, and it starts with the mountain. The ski terrain is legendary and spectacularly varied. This is the only
mountain in the United States to regularly host the Men’s World Cup ski races on the famous Birds of Prey downhill racecourse. And in
2015, Beaver Creek will be the primary venue for the Alpine World Ski Championships. If your skiing fancy is more on the moderate side,
you’ll love Beaver Creek’s impeccably groomed beginner and intermediate runs. Or, hone your skills at Beaver Creek’s “Ivy League of Ski
Schools.” At the end of the ski day, reward yourself with a fresh chocolate chip cookie served slopeside everyday at three o’clock during
the resort’s famed Cookie Time.
This is a place where you can expect adventure and pampering; where the staff is trained to not just provide but anticipate what guests
want. Year after year Beaver Creek wins awards for its guest service. For its chefs, and wine cellars, and lodging. For its safety standards
and environmental efforts. Conde Nast Traveler has ranked it one of the three top ski resorts in North America, and it’s no wonder that
Beaver Creek has won the Best Overall Customer Service Award from the National Ski Association five years in a row.
Welcome to extraordinary.

Perfect mountain,
Perfect mountain town.
With four huge peaks, 2,358 acres /954 ha, five terrain parks, two half pipes, eight bowls, and an authentic, hip mountain town with
awe-inspiring views, there’s a reason why Breckenridge is one of the most popular ski destinations in the western hemisphere.
One of the most visited ski resorts in the world, Breck is a family friendly resort perched directly amidst one of the most historic former
gold-mining towns in the Americas. The locals are world-renowned for their friendliness and quirky independent spirit, and visitors from all over
the world continue to visit not only for the fantastic skiing and riding, but to experience that authentic Breck way of life.
Discover things you never thought possible by visiting Breck’s world-renowned ski and snowboard school. Or for expert skiers, take the Imperial
Express, the highest chairlift in North America, which gives guests access to over 400 acres/162 ha of extreme terrain at 13,000 feet of elevation! And of course after a long day of skiing be sure to make your après-ski experience complete by spending an evening out in the historic Victorian
mountain town. With over 200 restaurants, bars, and shops, you’re destined to find a good time in this charming yet casual atmosphere that has
been voted “Best Ski Town Nightlife in North America.”
Breckenridge is also home to a variety of exciting events, including the internationally televised Winter Dew Tour in December, the fifty year
old “Ullr Fest,” which pays homage to the Norse god of snow, the International Snow Sculpting Championships, and the annual month-long Spring
Fever Festival. Come to Breck and experience a real mountain town, without pretention, where everyone is welcome, and where you’ll find yourself
taking a bit of the Breck character home with you.

Family Traditions start here.
When Max Dercum founded Keystone forty-one years ago, he knew he was onto something special: a beautiful spot high atop the Rocky Mountains, the
perfect place to ski the day away and create lasting memories with friends and family. Today the tradition continues with three unique mountains featuring
3 mile / 5 km long groomers, tree skiing, exhilarating bump runs, powder stashes, glades, bowls, Cat Ski Tours and endless opportunities for fun. Let us take
you on a guided snowcat experience through Independence Bowl, or our Mountain Top Snowcat Tour is an adventure the whole family can enjoy. Keystone is
also home to one of America’s best terrain parks—A51. Watch pros land the latest moves with a bird’s-eye view atop the A51 chairlift as they train for upcoming
competitions in our unofficial training ground. Plus, Keystone offers night skiing—Colorado’s longest ski day means you have the flexibility to make the most
of your day on the mountain. Kids will love going to Camp Keystone! Here kids learn essential ski and ride skills and they get to participate in an array of onsnow activities, kids’ nights out, themed days and more.
Off mountain, Keystone offers a wide range of activities and dining. Take a full-moon snowshoe tour, a skate ski lesson or view Orion Nebulous from a state-ofthe-art observatory. Skate on one of the largest outdoor ice rinks in North America or relax at the blissful Keystone Spa. A shuttle is available to the nearby Outlets
at Silverthorne, which offer shopping at Nike, Calvin Klein, Levi’s, Coach and more. Experience the lively après scene and award-winning dining options including
The Alpenglow Stube—at 11,440 feet / 3,478 meters it’s the highest AAA Four-Diamond Award-winner in North America amongst other unique and historic dining
experiences. Giggle your way down our tubing hill or explore the Kidtopia Snow Fort. It’s all the fun your family can handle and it’s all in one place.

High above the sapphire-blue waters of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly is one of the most unique snowsports resorts on the planet. A Heavenly vacation is
definitely not for the faint of heart. With a massive mountain full of off-the-grid terrain and incredible views of Lake Tahoe, it’s for those who want to go

The choices are endless. Do you ski California or Nevada? Will it be 34 miles /55 km of wide-open, groomed cruisers, 1,600-foot plunges in the
double-black-diamond canyons or the most outrageous tree skiing in North America? Or do you save your energy for the ultimate après-ski party,
Vegas-style nightlife, all-night dance clubs, world-class entertainment and five-star dining?
When you come to Heavenly, you better plan to go “all in” because Heavenly is for those who are up for first chair and are still going strong after

Pure Mountain Adventure.
™
About 35 miles / 56 km from South Lake Tahoe, on a two-lane road that weaves over two mountain passes, lies Kirkwood Mountain Resort. It may be
remote, but in this solitary horseshoe canyon, climate and geography conspire to create one of the purest, most authentic, big-mountain ski experiences
in North America. Kirkwood is the siren’s call for those whose middle name is “adventure.” Those who prefer their snow deep and their terrain steep.
Home to the World Freeskiing Championships, Kirkwood features some of North America’s fiercest inbounds terrain. The names alone are enough to
quicken the pulse: Heart Chute. Patrolman’s. Hospital Air. Once is Enough Chute. From cornices and couloirs, to wide-open bowls, to chutes too tight to
turn a ski in, Kirkwood is 2,300 acres / 931 ha of mountain that will challenge expert skiers from first chair to last.
And you want snow? Prolific, majestic, magical snow? For Kirkwood, it’s that rare case of quantity AND quality. Kirkwood averages over 600 inches / 1,524 cm
of snowfall per year. They coined the phrase “we measure snow in feet, not inches.” And for that much snow to be that dry almost doesn’t seem fair. But
try telling that to the guy getting face shot after exhilarating face shot.
So if your idea of extreme includes ripping down the face of a Class A avalanche zone, get your backpack. Strap on a shovel. Grab a beacon. There’s a
legend out there waiting to be made.
