Overview
Our Florida Home is located on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, which is on US27, 7 miles south of I4. Ideally placed to access all that Central Florida has to offer.
The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is fully air conditioned throughout. Two of the bedrooms are Masters and both have en-suite facilities. All
bedrooms have Cable TV, walk in clothes closets or wardrobes and all bed linen and towels are provided. The villa can comfortably sleep upto 8 people and is
ideal for 2 families to share.

"Escaping snow to this convenient, spacious, well-maintained villa was an excellent mid-winter tonic. Disney and Universal Studios are about 30 minutes away on
the easy-to-drive interstate highway. We used both international airports: Tampa's reached in 70 minutes; Orlando's reached in 25 minutes. We played 10 rounds
of golf in 10 days at 8 different courses located 5 to 30 minutes from the villa. Discounted rates at high-quality courses are available via the internet and/or via
twilight pricing. Walmart, fast-food facilities, and a variety of restaurants and other services are within 1 to 3 miles of the villa. The east and west coasts of Florida
are less than 90 minutes away. We easily drove to our various destinations with and without GPS navigation. It is easy to find one's way around this part of
Florida. Relaxing in the hot-tub and pool (kept sparkling clean) after a day out was a regular, welcome, eagerly anticipated pleasure. Our odd ten-day stay was
easily accommodated by friendly, communicative owners who are available via email. The management company is available when needed, but unobtrusive
when not. Calabay Parc is a relatively new gated community, populated both by visitors and by permanent residents, many of whom stroll the neighbourhood
daily for exercise and exchange greetings with vacationers in the open, friendly way that many of us associate with Americans. Our thought as we drove away
was that we would like to do exactly the same vacation next year, from exactly the same base: this lovely Calabay Parc villa.

About Our Florida Home
The main living area also has a 46" LED HDTV with 100's of cable channels . We have installed high speed wireless internet access and a telephone with FREE
calls throughout USA & Canada. We have a games room with pool table, foosball table, electronic basketball hoop and a PC with Wifi. For the kids (or adults)
there is a Playstation 2 with a selection of games, and a flatscreen TV and DVD player with a selection of films supplied. For the younger children we have
provided a stroller, 2 high chairs and bed rails at no extra cost. The south facing private screened pool and spa is not overlooked and there is a large covered
lanai area that offers welcome shade from the all day sun. There is also luxury pool furniture including 4 sunloungers for your comfort and pool heating is
available for the Winter Months. A Gas BBQ is also available for our guests' to use Free of charge. For your security and safety the villa is fitted with an alarm,
smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. There is also a removable safety fence around the pool. The community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a 24hr Guarded
& Gated lake side community that is only 10 minutes drive from the newly opened LEGOLAND. Just a few minutes from Tower Lake is a 24 hour Wal-Mart and a
wide choice of restaurants including Manny's Chop House(be sure to phone ahead). Posner Park shopping mall is just 10 minutes away with stores such as
Target, Best Buy, JC Penny & Staples. For Golf Lovers, Southern Dunes Public Golf Club is right next door. With easy access to the I4 you can get to either
coast in 60 minutes, the airport in 30 minutes and Disney Theme Parks in 20 minutes.
