About us
Established in 2005 McCulloughs Ltd specialises in design, installation and
aftercare of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
We have our own manufacturing workshop enabling us to produce bespoke
ductwork, filter houses and canopies.
From small businesses to multi-storey office blocks we can design and install
a cost-effective cooling and heating system to suit your needs.

Our Products
Design
We can assist in identifying your specific air conditioning and ventilation needs
and design a system bespoke to you. Our City and Guilds qualified draughtsman
on AutoCad can produce drawings for all of our manufactured goods.
Air Conditioning /Air Source Heat Pumps
An air conditioning system improves air quality by reducing humidity in the air. With
a heat pump system air is continuously replaced with warm filtered air. We supply
and install ceiling cassette units, wall mounted or concealed systems. We can also
advise if a split, multi or Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system should be installed.
Commercial Kitchen Ventilation
We have a specialist team who will design a kitchen ventilation system based
on air flow calculations determined by your cooking equipment. Bespoke
stainless steel extract, supply fans and canopies are manufactured in-house by
our highly skilled team to airflow rates governed by DW172 system design
criteria, and includes a gas interlock system.
General Ventilation
We supply and install both spiral and rectangular ductwork for ventilation
systems. We also manufacture rectangular ductwork to DW144 specifications.
McCulloughs Ltd can offer a comprehensive service: design and fabrication
to installation and commissioning of a system bespoke to your requirements.

Air Sanitiser
We supply and fit air sanitisers that deodorise and sanitise the air by destroying
harmful bacteria, viruses, pollen and fungal spores.
Maintenance
If we install your air conditioning or ventilation system we can provide an ongoing servicing and maintenance programme to keep your system running
smoothly. By choosing this option you may even be able to increase your
standard warranty - please ask us for details. As well as design and installation
of new systems, we also service and repair existing systems.
Workshop
As we have our own workshop we can produce bespoke ductwork, filter
houses and canopies. We design, manufacture and install galvanised steel
ductwork to DW144 specifications and stainless steel kitchen canopies to
DW172 specifications.
Duct Supplies
If you prefer to buy your duct supplies and arrange installation yourself we

Our Team
At McCulloughs Ltd we have a friendly team of staff to assist you with your air
conditioning and ventilation needs.
James McCullough, set the company up in 2005 and since then the company
has grown to include a team of engineers (who are all holders of CSCS cards
and trained within their field of expertise), a City and Guilds qualified
draughtsman, and a Project Manager to see your project through from start to
finish.
McCulloughs Ltd also has their own workshop and employ a highly skilled
team to produce galvanised steel ductwork and stainless steel kitchen canopies.

Certification
Holders of a Full-F Gas Company Certificate enabling us to install, maintain,
and service stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment
containing or designed to contain F Gas.
Accredited installers for Mitsubishi and also a Daikin D1 approved installer.
We are able to offer 5 year warranties on Mitsubishi and Daikin products
subject to maintenance.
