SUPER!!! Long hair becomes even longer, while short,
super short. When it comes to hair color, radical
changes are the key words.
Long hair: This Winter trend means very long natural

one-quarter teaspoon milk (or soymilk)(alpha hydroxyl acid, enzymes digest skin

Optional Ingredients
For Dry Skin:
one-quarter teaspoon heavy whipping
cream (moisturizing; alpha hydroxy acid)
or
one-half teaspoon brown sugar
(exfoliates, moisturizes, alpha hydroxyl
acid)
Directions
For Oily Skin:
one-quarter teaspoon apple cider (tonic
action promotes skin circulation; alpha
hydroxyl acid; regulates pH).
or
one-quarter teaspoon cranberry juice (high
in antioxidants critically important to the
utilization of essential fatty acids to
maintain balanced, nourished skin)
Combine the ingredients for your facemask. Mix gently and apply to your face avoiding the eye
area. Rest and relax for 10-15 minutes while your pumpkin pie facemask gently exfoliates,
nourishes and conditions your face. Rinse with warm water and apply the appropriate
moisturizer for your skin type.

200 grams Fructose
100 grams of Fat free Milk
50 grams Walnuts cut into small pieces
100 grams Bananas mashed
70 grams canola oil
80 grams dates cut into small pieces
10 grams of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together
Put the bananas and dates on the bottom of the pan
Add the milk and oil to the fry ingredients and mix manually
Add to the pan and then put in hot oven for 35 minutes
Turn over and let cool on a rack
