The incoming purchaser will have the opportunity to pursue a
minor planning amendment to the current planning consent
for the provision of internal car parking.
An ingenious solution has been designed by technical
engineers – Arups, whereby the existing front façade of the
building is raised and lowered using a hydraulic lift providing
a vehicle with access to drive into the house.
Internally, a hydraulic lift platform will provide secure
internal parking for one car, ensuring the vehicle is raised,
lowered, and stored with absolute peace of mind. This
