Blends pre-engineered metal
and traditional tilt-up construction. Structure / roof are preengineered steel and the twostory walls are tilt-up.
The original site fell almost 40
feet front to back. This required
a retaining wall as tall as 25.5
feet spanning most of the property. The two buildings are
separated by two-tier retaining
walls with landscape accent
beds.
The Service Bay includes
sloped floors with 55 work
bays, air/water/oil distribution
systems and an 8-foot deep
cast-in-place lube pit to service
OTR trucks and RVs.
Parts sales includes warehousing space and mezzanine.
Near parts sales is a training
room with theater-styled seating, and a retail store.
Executive offices feature woodcovered floors and textured
walls with luxurious wainscoting and chair rails, and crown
molding over a fine brown up to
the tray ceiling, with recessed
lighting and faux beams.
