Multiwall Structured Sheets
The excellent thermal insulation of polycarbonate multiwall
structured sheeting results from the air cells inside the hollow
structure of the sheet. It has a much higher insulating ability
than single walled, corrugated, or solid flat sheets. It offers
lower heat loss (or gain), and higher energy efficiency.
Multiwall structured sheeting, with its co-extruded UV
protective layer, will resist the effects of solar UV radiation.

The CrystaLite Skin System is designed to be a cost
effective, light weight and weather tight glazing system for
overhead patio covers, or any non-heated space - great for
greenhouses. CrystaLite Skin System provides you with all
the parts and pieces for a homeowner do-it-yourself water
proof overhead glazing system. Installation of the various
parts and pieces are adaptable for your unique project. Its
usage requires that a structurally supported framework, that
meets local building requirements, be constructed in
consideration of your areas snow and wind loads.
CrystaLite’s Skin Glazing System utilizes polycarbonate
multiwall in assorted thicknesses. Multiwall sheets of 6mm
(1/4”) and 10mm (3/8”), are standard thicknesses for patio
covers. Our 16mm (5/8”) is great for greenhouse applications. 16mm has excellent energy values, ideal for
greenhouse applications for early Spring and late Fall
gardening. Multiwall sheets have exceptional thermal
performance values. A 25mm sheet has comparable
thermal properties to a triple pane window.
Multiwall sheets are made up of virtually indestructible
polycarbonate (lexan) substrate. Polycarbonate sheets are
economical and light in weight, yet are 10 times stronger
than acrylic and 200 times stronger than glass!

GroWizard
Polycarbonate Multiwall for Greenhouse Applications
Expand your growing season with the GroWizard raised garden
greenhouse system. In the wet and cloudy Pacific Northwest,
GroWizard can expand a growing season to span from February
to November.
GroWizard is constructed with high quality materials as used in
commercial building projects; aircraft-grade aluminum frame
and UV stable polycarbonate sheets. Polycarbonate is
significantly stronger than traditional acrylic sheets, almost
indestructible, and is what bullet proof glass is made of.
LET COOL AIR IN, KEEP CRITTERS OUT
Automatic ventilation is provided by heat-actived louvers on
each end to allow for maximum air flow. Heat-actived louvers
open
when
the
internal temperature
raises above 70° and
closes when the
temperature
drops
below 40°.

Polycarbonate multiwall sheets are perfect for greenhouse type
applications. Do-it-yourselfers are increasingly discovering the
extreme versatility of polycarbonate. Whether you are looking to
build a storage building for your equipment or provide shelter to
your pets, or building a seed house, we offer a variety of
products that are lightweight, durable, and easy to install.
Polycarbonate sheets are available in a wide range of sizes and
gauges. Multiwall sheets of 6mm (1/4”) and 10mm (3/8”), are
common thicknesses for patio covers. Our 16mm (5/8”) is great
for greenhouse applications. 16mm has excellent energy values,
ideal for greenhouse applications for early Spring and late Fall
gardening. Sheets are offered with UV protection thus retaining
their quality for years to come. Polycarbonate multiwall sheets
combine the characteristics of impact strength, flexibility,
lightweight, transparency and the ability to withstand a wide
range of temperatures.
Polycarbonate H & U Channels
A more economical, yet less structural
option for greenhouse type glazing
projects. Available in 6, 10, and 16 mm
sizes. Clear only.
