Lockset will be MR Series manufactured by PDQ Industries, Inc., Leola, Pennsylvania, assembled in the U.S.A.
with US and foreign made material. This product meets the requirements of the Buy American Act and
features a lifetime manufacturer’s limited warranty. All lock bodies shall conform to Federal Specification
FF-H-106 Type 86 and certified to all dimensional specifications of ANSI/BHMA A156.13-2002, Series
1000, Grade 1. Windstorm Resistant Product Listed - ANSI A250.13-2003, ASTM E1886-02, ASTM
E330-02, Outswing: 350 ft-lbs., Inswing: N/R, Design Load Rating: 2453 lbf. (Functions with deadbolts
only). Handing shall be field reversible for most common functions. Latchbolt can be fully retracted with
35° lever rotation. Lever shall return to within 1/2 (except Miami) of door. Levers will have a Philadelphia,
Boston, Miami, or Dallas design. Listed by UL / ULC for ratings of “A” label (3 hours) and less, UL10C / UBC
7-2 (1997) positive pressure, for single doors up to 4'0" x 8'0". All locksets shall meet or exceed all applicable

Designed to meet the demands of today’s most demanding critics, PDQ is pleased to announce the introduction of our
all new TJ Apartment Series Decorative Tubular Latches. Featuring the same popular lever styles as our J Trim
mortise locks, this new interior line of locks was designed for the high end apartment, condo and office
environment. These tubular levers in both privacy and passage provide a complementary addition to our
J Series Mortise lock line. It offers the architect aesthetically appealing hardware throughout the apartment both entry, passage and privacy.

This unit is an add on kit that can be included as an option on new DS/DSHO arms. It also can be installed on existing
DS/DSHO arm applications using the existing threaded hole for the bumper stop and one of the mounting screw
holes. The spring cushion kit is available in 2 spring sizes, so it can be tailored to provide more effective
cushioning for specific door widths. Designed to be self aligning, this unit works with any door that
incorporates a PDQ DS/DSHO arm with a cushioned bumper (won't fit with old style metal bumper).
PDQ's Spring Cushion is manufactured with investment cast stainless steel for corrosion
resistance and durability. The spring cushion option has been extensively tested in high abuse situations, and
far exceeds the most demanding field conditions. The 999032-01/02 does not alter or decrease the strength of
the DS/DSHO arm. Hand is determined in the field and reversible for LH and RH Doors.

covers and end caps. Devices to be available for non-labeled doors and fire labeled doors. Devices for

The PDQ 6202 Series Narrow stile Panic and Fire Rated Exit Hardware is designed for use on contemporary glass
doors in public buildings, resort hotels, stores, and all types of applications where narrow stile aluminum framing is
used. Available in 613 and 630. It is an attractive approach to door control when narrow stile doors require an
exit device. The narrow chassis design permits use on narrow stile aluminum doors where a standard device
may not fit.

All exit devices shall be PDQ Industries, Inc. 4200 Series rim or surface vertical rod devices. Surface vertical rod devices
to have top and bottom pullman latch bolts. Latch bolts to be dead locking where applicable. All touch bar
components to be constructed of heavy gauge wrought steel or stainless steel. Devices to be furnished with metal
chassis covers and end caps. Devices to be available for non-labeled doors and fire labeled doors. Devices
for non-labeled doors shall have hex key dogging standard. All devices to offer a variety of trim options
including pulls, standard rose trim, heavy duty rose trim, escutcheon and thumb piece trim. Fasteners to be
furnished for wood and metal applications. Fire labeled devices furnished standard with sex nuts. Devices shall
be listed by U.L./U.L.C. and comply with U.L. 10C and UBC 7-2 (1997) for positive pressure. All products to carry
a 5-year limited warranty.

The PDQ 4200 Narrow Stile device has the same features as our very popular 4200 Standard unit, but features a design
that will fit on a 2.5" minimum stile width. Designed for use on single or double doors with mullion. Units are non-handed
to facilitate easy field installation. The 4200 Series Narrow Stile is available in 689 Aluminum and 695 Dark Bronze
Painted Finishes.

The PDQ 9000 series keyed removeable mullions are for use with our 4200 and 6200 series Rim Exit Devices on
non fire or fire rated pairs of doors. They are designed for quick removal from the top bracket by a simple
operation of the rim cylinder when a clear, unobstructed large opening is required. Once the mullion is removed,
carts, gurneys, large machinery and the like can freely pass through the opening. When the
mullion is re-installed, the unit will self lock in place without the need for the key. Each keyed removable
mullion set includes top and bottom bracket set, mullion tube, and shims. Rim Cylinder is sold separately.

Series
PDQ wants to be your total one source supplier of contract hardware materials. The introduction of a high quality PDQ
hinge is another step in this direction. PDQ hinges are available in several finishes including, 626, 605, and 630.
Available in plain bearing, ball bearing and heavy duty ball bearing, these hinges are independently tested and
meet ANSI/BHMA A156.1-2000, based on grade of hinge. Our spring hinges are UL listed.

PDQ hinges meet the requirements of ANSI/BHMA A156.1
Section 4.1. All PDQ hinges have a base material of Wrought
Steel, Stainless Steel, or Wrought Brass. Since each material
has different characteristics it is essential that the correct
hinge be used in each application.
PDQ Hinges are Cycle tested in accordance with
ANSI/BHMA A156.1-2000 for one of the following Grades:
— Grade 1, Heavy Weight Ball Bearing Hinge (HB)
for 2,500,000 cycles
— Grade 2, Ball Bearing Hinge (BB) for 1,500,000 cycles
— Grade 3, Plain Bearing Hinge (PL) for 350,000 cycles
WARRANTY: Ten (10) year limited warranty
METICULOUSLY MANUFACTURED, THE PDQ HINGE IS AVAILABLE IN 3 BASE METALS:
STEEL — Wrought Steel is durable yet corrosive. Best if used on interior applications where temperature and humidity are controlled.
Steel ball bearing hinges may be used on fire rated openings.
BRASS — Wrought Brass is rust resistant and decorative. Apply brass hinges where appearance is of great concern yet humidity is also a factor.
Brass hinges may not be used on fire rated openings.
STAINLESS STEEL — Stainless Steel Types 302/304 is rust resistant, durable and decorative. Apply stainless hinges on
highly corrosive areas such as chemical storage, seacoast, or industrial areas where acids or atmospheric conditions exist. Stainless steel ball
bearing hinges may be used on fire rated openings.
