Abruzzo.
Inhabited by farmers throughout the '800 and '900, the cottage has been fully renovated, retaining
the aesthetic characteristics and peculiarities, thanks to the recovery of most of the materials, from
the bricks to the handmade roof tiles.
The property is located in a beautiful hillside at 280 meters above the sea level, it sits on a slight
slope overlooking the hills of Teramo and the territory of Roseto degli Abruzzi from where you can
see the big blue edge of the Adriatic Sea.
To the south the view extends to Mount Maiella while to the west you can see the majestic peaks of
the Gran Sasso, the highest mountain of the Apennines with its 2914 meters of altitude. The
structure, has 5 apartments, all equipped with kitchen, beds, sofas, bathrooms and exclusive
services. The apartment size is of 30 and 40 square meters, they are comfortable and tastefully
furnished, as well as three double bedrooms with bathrooms complete of shower and all the
comforts.
Both apartments and rooms have large windows.
Each apartment or room is equipped with satellite TV, telephone, ADSL Internet connection,
independent access, hot and cold water.
The kitchens are also equipped with fridge and two cooking plates-infrared.
The common space is particularly warm and pleasant and is divided into two living spaces on
different levels, the lower one reserved for breakfast and the upper used as a TV area, reading
area, internet corner, relax area, games and conversation.
