1. Purchase and Activate the Onyx Plus, Onyx EZ, or Stratus 7 Radio, between 7/1/16 - 6/30/17
with a Select or greater subscription package on your new radio.
2. Include original (or copy of) receipt of purchase of an eligible radio.
3. Include original (or copy of) ESN/SID# from a Sirius Radio box or RADIO ID from an XM Radio box.
4. You must maintain 60 days of continuous service before your rebate will be processed.
