Previously, McNew served as a Senior Analyst with the Horry
County Assessor's Office, where his responsibilities were hotel and
golf course valuations, the design of a neighborhood coding
scheme, and the development of valuation models and procedures.

Member designation since 2000. In 2006, he was awarded the

Adam is an active member in our community, participating in civic
organizations and attending Trinity United Methodist Church. He is
a member of the Conway Chamber of Commerce and sits on the
Membership Services Committee and Economic Development/
Government Relations Committee. Adam is involved in local politics and serves as the vice chairman of the Horry County Republican Party and is a past chair of the Grand Strand Young Republicans. Adam is also a member of the Coastal Carolina Association
of Realtors and involved in fundraising efforts for United Way.
Nicolle Gainey
