This is a great way to enjoy Halloween in a safe, fun environment. Jolly Jumps, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Hot Dogs
and Fun, Fun, Fun. We have a goal of 50 cars decorated
and ready for the kids by 5:15 PM on Oct. 31. If you would like

Missional Support &Community Life
DOS PUEBLOS, SAN VICENTE & BENITO JUAREZ
The DPRF board and the Morales family are so grateful for the
CPC family support for Dos Pueblos Sunday, Sept. 25. The turnout for the potluck dinner was outstanding Sunday night and the
encouragement and love shown by our church members was
appreciated by the Morales family. Hopefully their testimony has inspired many of you to assist
the DPRF mission in Baja, Mexico. One of the ways to be a part of this Christian ministry is to
join us on Trip #59 on Dec.26th-30th. Give Connie Tice a call at 443-907-7198 for further information. Thank you for your financial support and prayers. God Bless!
What is going on with our Albania Partnership?
Our Albania Church partners along with Zef the pastor are
Celebrating their 25th Anniversary this month. Please
join them in prayer as they rejoice in this accomplishment of
the growth of the Lord’s work in Albania. Our Pastors; Mark
and Bruce along with Ted Hole and the Peters’ will be joining
the celebration. Please pray for our team as they travel to
Albania to support the work there. Pray also for their travels into other parts of the Baltic for a
safe trip and a continuing ability to touch others for our Lord and Redeemer.
Mission Opportunity! NILA from INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS will be with us this
week. Please join us on Friday, Oct. 28th at 6 PM for a potluck mission gathering with Nila at the
home of Jim and Donna Smith, 8115 Yuba Ct., Ventura. Nila’s team serves near the Eastern
boarder of Ukraine and is very close to the conflict there. CPC has been partnering with them
since 2000. Nila is a joyful servant of our Lord and will update us on His work in their
city. Please RSVP at 647-4407.
Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child:
Pick up your empty shoeboxes on the patio today. We’d love your help in
reaching our 2016 goal of 1000 shoeboxes. Franklin Graham says it like
this: “Pack your shoebox with love, send them with prayer and share
the Good News of Jesus Christ with hurting children”.
Return them to our Sanctuary on Sunday November 13 so we can send
them off with prayer. Questions? We’re on the patio every Sunday and would like to talk to you.
Men's Fellowship Saturday: All ages are welcome to come and fellowship with us. We
have breakfast, music, teaching and a time of prayer. 8:00 on Saturday morning in Fellowship
Hall. Come bring a friend. We have room for you!
GET OUT THE VOTE NOVEMBER 8, 2016: Do you need a ride to
the polling place, an application as a new voter, a prayer guide for voting in this
election. Well come on by the red, white and blue table on the patio this Sunday
and we are happy to greet you and assist you.
