Mission Statement
Pebble Creek Country Club will provide a "home
away from home" and a first class experience. We
will create an environment for friends, family, and
community.
Welcome
We would like to welcome Kaleigh Coleman
to Pebble Creek Country Club as our Member
Relations Coordinator. Kaleigh graduated from
Texas A&M University in May 2013 with a degree
in Agricultural Economics. She is thrilled to have the
opportunity to live and work in College Station. If
you see her at the club, please stop by to introduce
yourself.

Member Relations
January and February have flown by in a flurry of
events, club renovations, and member relations
changes. We are pleased to announce that the indoor
kitchen for Creekside Grille & Cantina is officially
complete and open for business. Our first couple
of weeks with the new kitchen have been wildly
successful. Chef Steve and his staff have delivered an

incredible menu every night since the opening and
we have had a full house nearly every evening. As
Creekside Grille & Cantina become more popular,
it is becoming more and more important to make
reservations, especially if you are planning to bring a
large party. Call (979) 690-0996 to make reservations
Tuesday-Sunday.
Our Sweetheart Dinner and Mardi Gras events were
a huge success! We reached maximum reservations
for both events and received great feedback from all
of our attendees. Thank you to those who attended!
You may have noticed a higher frequency of email
blasts over the past few weeks. We have officially
rolled out our new email blast system which allows
us to target each email blast's audience, monitor
opening rates, and better manage our email
subscriptions. If you are having trouble viewing
these emails or have not been receiving them, please
contact Kaleigh Coleman.

Wheels Deal!
In the two years that we have
offered our annual unlimited
cart plan, which has been met
with outstanding popularity. The
agreement runs for twelve months,
from April 1 though March 31
of the following year. It may be
prorated for anyone who joins
between those times. Register as
a first-time user of the cart plan
anytime in the month of March
and receive that entire month's
carts for free! Call the Pro Shop
for details.
Upcoming Events
MGA Events:
March 8th: BirdieFest
18-hole stroke play event. Tees will be moved up to
create a course measure of ~5100 yards with the
pins in highly accessible places. 100% handicaps will
be used as calculated from the gold tee slope sheet.
Prizes will be awarded for both gross and net scores.
Ties will be broken on the course unless all involved
parties agree to "chop" the prize money.

Member-Guest Update
Our 2015 Member Guest has already been scheduled
for June 12th-14th. The sign up board will be
posted in the Pro Shop around the 1st of March. The
hope is to give our members ample time to plan their
summer schedules around this premier event. At each
edition of the bi-weekly Golf write-up we will provide
reminders to save the date. Our goal is to improve
even further upon last year's Member-Guest event,
which was our most successful to date. Come join us
and be a part of the fun and excitement.
Upcoming Sales
Spring Demo Day- Friday, April 10th
If you are considering new clubs, this is an outstanding
opportunity to try out the best new equipment on
the market. Come out to the range and even bring a
friend. Enjoy a fantastic day of fun and golf, and give
yourself the opportunity to hit the best new equipment
in the world from the game's top manufacturers.
The Master's Pick 'Em Pool
As in years past, we look to offer a "Masters" pick
'em contest. We will work closely with area vendors
to see if we can get our hands on limited edition
commemorative staff bags as we have done in the past
to offer the contest winner. The exact prizes have yet
to be determined, but we will share more details as the
date nears. The tournament is scheduled for
April 9-12.
Pebble Creek Charitable Events
Every year, we have a small number of dates available
in the spring when we will partner with local charities
and/or organizations in fundraising efforts.
March 6th & 7th:
A&M Consolidated Girls Invitiational
*This will prohibit tee times both days until
approximately 1:00 pm. At that time, we will open up
the front and back 9 to our members for "double tee"
availability. Please contact the Pro Shop for questions,
comments, or concerns.
March 9th & 10th:
Southern Texas PGA Senior Series
We will host a two day event for the STPGA. This
will only affect a portion of the tee sheet on Tuesday
morning (3/10). This event is also open to any of our
members who are interested. Please visit

Turf Talk
Members,
We have had a good winter thus far with our turf. We
have seen good response to our Poa control, as well as
other weeds, and have been able to provide a clean golf
course.
We will be looking forward to our spring applications
and are hopeful for a good transition out of dormancy.
We may see some ‘bumpy’ surfaces as the temperatures
continue to fluctuate and our tiff dwarf greens slowly
wake up from their winter slumber, but have a good
base for the spring and summer to come.

Championships at the indoor courts in Houston in
January.

Private Events News
Recent Events
Private Events had another exciting experience at the
Brazos Valley Bridal Show at the Expo Center this
February. This event was attended by approximately
450 Brides and their families! Shelby and Peggy
handed out banquet information, while two of our
Banquet Staff, Tyler and Blaine, butler passed delicious
appetizers made by our very own, Chef Steve.
Our Private Event Staff followed up the Bridal Show
by hosting our very own at Pebble Creek on March
1st! There were multiple vendors from the Brazos
Valley Bridal Association in attendance. Peggy
and Shelby are looking forward to a busy spring
as March and April unfold. If you are looking to
host a graduation party for your graduate, stop
by and let us know! Dates are booking quickly!

Creekside Grille & Cantina
If you haven't visited the newly renovated Creekside
Grille & Cantina, you're missing out. Along with the
expansive outdoor bar and dining area, we now have
a comfortable and casual indoor dining experience.
The bar features a white limestone facade, rustic
wood finishings, a complete open concept kitchen,
and dining for approximately 70. Chef Steve
and his team have worked tirelessly to revamp
our menu, which will bring you a larger variety
of entree style dishes and appetizers along with
your menu favorites. The floor to ceiling windows
offer a great view and plenty of natural light. We
are now offering our new wine menu and will be
releasing our updated dining menu March 24.
