Wayne Economic Forum
Proudly Sponsored By
This fall, the 2014 Wayne Economic Forum is presenting a
stellar slate of business executives who will be sharing their ideas
& vision. These top-notch speakers will inspire you to face your
business challenges in a new manner as they present the struggles
and success they've experienced throughout their journey.
The forum was founded in 2013 by a group of business
leaders in the Chamber. On the heels of being recognized seven
consecutive years as a top micropolitan area in the nation for new
business growth, the Chamber committed to forming an annual
forum of top executives. The inaugural event was attended
by more than 300 members and we are excited to announce
that our 2014 forum will be held on Thursday, October 16th at
Greenbriar Party & Conference Center. Tickets to the event are
$75.00 each or $500 for a table of 8. To register, please visit
www.2014woosterforum.eventbrite.com.

Tuesday, September 16 u 5-7 PM u Hidden Valley Cabin
One of Wooster's best kept secrets is the Hidden Valley
Cabin nestled on 60 secluded acres in the Kilbuck Creek area
just outside Wooster. The site is the perfect getaway for
families and camping. They offer gold panning, geocaching, an
archaeological dig zone and enchanted forest for the kids! It's a great place for weddings, summer
day camps, corporate events, birthday parties & reunions. The cabin is located at 5510 Lattasburg
Road exactly across from the number 8 mile marker. Hope to see you there!
Tuesday, October 21 u 5-7 PM u Friendtique
Come experience Friendtique! Located at 223 West Liberty Street in downtown Wooster, Friendtique
offers 10,000 square feet of new and gently used antiques, furniture, jewelry and clothing. Their
newly renovated building is full of recycled materials including fixtures from the closed Freedlander's
Department store. All profits from Friendtique go to Hospice & Palliative Care of Greater Wayne County
to provide revenue for patient care. If someone you know has received the compassionate services
of Hospice, you understand the longing to "give back". Bring a friend and stop by for some delicious
treats!
