NeoPods offer a revolutionary two-step process. You literally “plug
and play”. The concept is simple. We custom pre-fabricate pods to
your highest individual design standards, with all their components
and finishes installed and tested by seasoned professionals in a
highly controlled environment. The completed pods are then delivered to the construction site ready for installation. All that’s left to
do is for the construction team to slide them in, connect them and
the rooms are ready to go.

NeoPod has assembled a team of highly skilled professionals to handle all aspects of the manufacturing
process to ensure the highest quality finished product. Each bathroom pod is shipped to the project site
complete as a sealed, locked unit, pre-tested and fully equipped, ready to be installed according to the
developer’s project timeline. The interior of the unit is finished to the highest standards complete with
all fixtures and accessories, and outfitted to the project’s specifications. The exterior of the unit is left
exposed with no concealed areas to allow proper inspection access. In 10 to 15 minutes, the pod can
be placed in its final location. Once in place, the pod can be quickly connected by the on-site plumbing,
mechanical and electrical contractors.

specifications. We ensure that all pods are built to meet

piping, and connections are visually exposed so that they
can be inspected at the factory and on site.

From the initial planning stage, NeoPod works closely

Our pre-built bathroom pods are built in a controlled
factory setting and shipped to the construction site
based on the GC’s project timeline. They come fully
equipped and can be placed in their final location in
just a few minutes – ready to plug and play.

DESIGN
During this stage in the process, we work closely with the client and its
related design team to determine the most efficient design to stream-

line the process and maximize savings. By involving NeoPod in the
design process early on, we may be able to propose project design
recommendations that can result in significant optimization opportunities. During this stage, we also obtain all the necessary finishing
details for the units. Before we proceed to the prototype, we supply
the client with 3D drawings for their final approval.

PROTOTYPE
Our highly skilled workforce will build a full size sample unit and invite

all of the project team members to inspect it. At this time, the design
can be validated to ensure total compliance of the design to the construction documents. Once the client approves the prototype, we can
begin producing the rest of the pods in our state-of-the-art facility.

MANUFACTURING
While the project site work commences, your pods will be fully built,
tested, certified, secured, and prepared for transport. All of our pods
are constructed to local and national codes with all systems and fix-

tures tested to ensure that they are in working order. Once your pod
is fully built and tested, they are shrink wrapped to ensure the units
arrive clean, dry, and in pristine condition. The door remains locked
from the time it leaves our facility until commissioning.

DELIVERY
The finished modules are delivered by flatbed trailers to your job site
based on project timeline requirements. Deliveries are phased according to the project’s stated schedule.

INSTALLATION
The units are placed in the building according to the general
contractor’s schedule by either a shooting boom forklift (Lull) or a crane,
depending on the building type. The units may be relocated to accommodate other trades and work items by utilizing a variety of methods
(wheels, airsleds, jacks). Final connections are not required at this time
so as to maximize flexibility in the project’s critical path. A simple
method for final placement and 4 basic connections (waste, mechanical, water, and electrical) is provided. We can also assist your team
with the installation process or our full-service capabilities can place
the pods in their final location.
