207 homes were sold in Wesley Chapel with a median price of $190,000 in June 2015. This
compares with 118 homes sold during the same period last year which translates into a
75% increase in the number of homes closed and a 3% increase in the median price (from
$185,000 to $190,000). At the end of the month there were 432 homes for sale in the area;
48% of the available homes sold in the last month. 432/207 equals an inventory of 2.09 months.

155 homes were sold in Land O’ Lakes with a median price of $216,000 in June 2015. This compares with 122 homes sold during the same period last year which translates into a 27% increase in the number of homes closed and a 1% increase in the median price (from $213,500 to

available homes sold in the last month. 434/155 equals an inventory of 2.8 months.
