Using an authentic 1910 Graflex camera, we will photograph your guests in full
costume in front of an old time western saloon back drop. Costumes are
provided and come in an array of authentic western dress styles. Large groups can

Photo Bull
This is great for everyone! A real bull that is stuffed and mounted like it is actually
bucking! The backdrop is a real digital photo of a rodeo arena full of people. Two
people at a time can get on our real Brahma Bull and walk away with a picture
memento. So your picture looks like you were really in the rodeo! Comes with 2
photographers, lights if needed for a night event and cowboy hats and
bandannas will be provided for all “models”.

Bus Hold Up
THE
Arriving at Fort McDowell Adventures by bus? How about a welcome that
truly takes your guest by surprise? Simply give us names of up to (2)
individuals that you would like to have taken into custody and our law
enforcement characters will take it from there. Buses are halted by a flurry
of gunfire and boarded by a Sheriff or Deputy who will first welcome the
passengers, then ask the group to identify the individual being arrested.
Suspects are removed at gunpoint and hauled off the bus to your party’s
location where they are brought up on charges.

Roller Roper
Learn the art of the quick draw from some
of the fastest hands in the west. Draw your
Colt 45 from its holster as fast as you can
while trying to beat your opponent.
Practice your roping skills on our stationary
steer heads with the help of experienced
cowboy instructors. After you have
mastered this skill, mount our full sized
fiberglass horse looper and try your hand
at roping a runaway steer.
Bow & Arrow Challenge
Picking out your target and zeroing in is
harder than one might think in this exercise.
Ain’t real easy, but its real fun! You’ll be
glad that you don’t have to rely on this
ancient skill for food.
Horseshoe Toss
Always a hit! Pitch real horseshoes
onto pegs. Prove you aren’t a greenhorn
and give it a whirl; don’t worry it is not as
easy as it sounds!

Buckin’ Barrel
Once you astride our steer-hide covered
buckin barrel, you will attempt to ride it
like you stole it to stay mounted as our
cowboys rock you from side to side and up
and down. Don’t worry if you can’t hang

Cowboy Golf
Golf with a Western swing. Participants
attempt to chip golf balls through a backdrop
of cowboy paraphernalia.
Racin’ Bacon
Get your group ready to bet! Real pigs will
race one another and everyone will have
the opportunity to place a bet on who
they think will take home the bacon! Setup
includes a betting booth, raffle tickets,
five races within a one hour time period

BIG Red Wagon
In this team building activity teams will work together to build a Red Wagon as well as assemble a care package for the
charity of your choice! Teams will answer trivia questions to receive wagon parts and participate in a physical challenge for charitable
items. Teams will answer the questions and take their answers to the numbered stations to gain wagon parts.
Once teams have received all the wagon parts they can start the building process. Teams will need to install nuts and bolts, check tire
pressure, and install wooden side bars and the handle! While team members are building their wagons other members will need to
design and create a canvas cover for the wagon. Each canvas will need to have a message on the canvas about the Team and/or
the Charity.
These beautiful wagons and care packages come into creation only with team collaboration and hard work! Teams create an amazing
heartfelt moment as they donate their custom wagon full of supplies to families or children who have been less fortunate. The smiles
are a mile wide as the families and children visit with each team and are presented with their wagon and care package!

Rocking ‘Wild Horse’
This is a team-building event with a real purpose. In the time allocated, your team will assemble and paint (2) rocking horses which will
be donated to a children’s association of your choice. Each team will have the opportunity to paint any design on to their horse. It
could be a zebra, a quarter horse or just a crazy design that best describes their team. Teams will also need to create (2) cards with the
supplies they have been given for each rocking horse. A team picture will be taken with the team and the rocking horse. The picture
along with the finished rocking horse will be presented to the child.
Once teams have completed their rocking horse and card, they will participate in an exciting team challenge called Corral Building.
Each team will be given instructions to build a corral. The team must work together to build a corral that is completely enclosed with
the entire team as well as the rocking horse inside the corral. This is a race against the other teams. One thing is certain; everyone will
feel good about themselves after this event and have a great time doing it.
Two-Wheeled Horse
This is a team building event with a real purpose. All of the team’s hard work will not go to waste because all of the bicycles, helmets,
and cards will be donated to the children’s association of your choice! Your group will be put into teams and will be using their
building skills, artistic talent, and their team dedication to build one boy bike and one girl bike as well as make two cards. Teams will
also participate in oversized tricycle races to receive bicycle helmets for each bike! All teams will be given the same supplies on their
tables (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, scissor and markers). Once the bicycles have been built, one representative must take the bike
to the air station and fill the tires. After that is completed the team must then get the bicycles inspected by the safety inspector to
ensure that they are safe for the children to ride. When your group has completed all of the required tasks...it’s off to the races!
At the event’s conclusion, the charity of choice may want to come to the event and accept the bikes on their behalf. This is a good
opportunity for your group to see the reaction of the children, or the organization in which your group has made a great contribution
to. If you need any assistance in finding a charity please feel free to ask.
*All donated bikes will be serviced and checked by professional bike repairmen.

Whip Crackin’ Chili Cook-Off
Let us take your group and turn them into southwestern chefs! We will coordinate your group by giving them colored
bandannas to differentiate the teams. We also give participants 10-inch paper chef hats and plastic aprons so they all look and feel the
part. Teams will get all the supplies they need to make chili and design a billboard. Each team will have a stock pot, burner, mixing
spoon, cutting board, and basic ingredients to get started. Teams will be given food coupons to gain extra ingredients at the head
chef station to help make their chili different from everyone else. Our official tasting judges will be scoring the chili on zest, taste,
original flavor and best all around.
Teams will also have to create a “billboard” for their product. They will have to create a name, slogan, logo, and come up with a
theme to market their product by. Judges will be looking for creativity, originality, and neatness of billboard design. Judges will also
be judging the teams “Chili Commercial” that each team must perform and is one minute in length. The chili commercial competition
will be performed for the entire group to see. Judges will be looking for creativity, humor, originality, execution and how well they
marketed their product. Teams will have to work together to complete all tasks on time.
A combined score of the chili tasting, chili commercial, and chili billboard will give us our chili champions of the day who will walk
away with a themed prize. Let us take care of the sound and music coordination, master of ceremonies, judges, team coordination,
fresh ingredients, supplies and the awards. We’ll make your chili cook-off so entertaining it will be too hot-hot-hot to handle!

Let us take your group and turn them into southwestern chefs! We will coordinate your group into cooking teams and
give them colored bandannas to differentiate the teams. We also give participants 10-inch paper chef hats and aprons so they all look
and feel the part.
The official tasting judges will score each team on zest, taste, original flavor and best “all around salsa”. Judges will also score teams
on their “Salsa Commercials” which each team must perform in front of the entire group. The commercials must be thirty seconds to
one minute in length selling their team’s salsa. Judges will be looking for creativity, humor, originality and execution. Not only will
teams be creating and cooking their own salsa recipes, but they will also be naming their salsa and designing a billboard to present
along the commercial.
A combined score of the Salsa Taste, Salsa Commercial, and the Custom Design Salsa Billboard and Slogan will give us our Champions who
will walk away with a Salsa prize and bragging rights for creating “The Best Salsa of The Year”. Let us take care of the sound and
music coordination, master of ceremonies, judges, team coordination, fresh ingredients, supplies and the awards. We will make your
southwest salsa challenge an event your guests will never forget!

Let us take your group and turn them into Master Bartenders as they mix and blend their favorite margaritas! Each team
will have to make a signature margarita, name their margarita, design a billboard and make a commercial to present their margarita.
We will coordinate your group into teams and give them colored bandannas to differentiate the teams.
Official tasting judges will score each team on the taste of the margarita, the billboard, the commercial and overall presentation.
Judges will look for creativity, humor, originality and execution.
A combined score from the judges will give us our “Champions” of the day who will walk away with a margarita themed prize. Let us
take care of the sound and music coordination, master of ceremonies, judges, team coordination, ingredients, supplies and awards.
We will make your margarita mixer challenge too cool and refreshing to handle!

Moooving Along
This is a real western team building event – riding horses and herding cattle! We offer a great Cattle Drive through a
small portion of the Sonoran Desert on the Yavapai Indian Community Land. On this Cattle Drive you would mount up
on your horses and move a herd of cattle across the land. The ranch hands and wranglers will teach you how to keep the
herd together and moving, and instruct you on the unique language of the open range. This cattle drive is a perfect way
for any city slicker to come out and be a real cowboy for a day. Once your mission is accomplished, you’ll take a leisurely
ride back to the ranch house where you can dust off your boots and relax. Our cattle drives are sure to be an event like
no other and one you won’t soon forget.
