his property to them.
1 Chronicles 29:14 (NIV) "But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as
generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand.

one talent, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. Romans 12:6 it says, “We
have different gifts according to the grace given to us.”

Einstein said: “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live
its whole life believing that it is stupid.” I believe the same about talent.

Matthew 25:19 (NIV) "After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts
with them.
Romans 14:12 (NIV) So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.

Matthew 25:17-18 (NIV) So also, the one with the two talents gained two more.
18 But the man who had received the one talent went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his
master's money.
Matthew 25:26-27 (NIV) "His master replied, 'You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest
where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed?
27 Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I
would have received it back with interest.

you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to him. All glory to him
forever and ever! Amen.

Prayer Summit…
Sunday, November 8th @ 6:00 PM.
Childcare provided.
STEWARDSHIP CAMPAIGN:
For 8 Sundays, October 18th to December 6th, we will have a “Stewardship
Campaign” called “SUCH A TIME AS THIS". On December 6th, we will take a
“Special Offering” regarding GMC’s vision and a final fundraiser supper on
Saturday December 12th.
GROW MINISTRY:
LOVE WINKLER Grocery Hampers:
GMC is looking for donations fill Grocery Hampers and deliver them to needy
families in our community. If you know of a family or individual we could bless
with a Hamper, please submit names (address & phone number) to Janet in the
church office (call 204-325-6388 or email [email protected]). Some key items
we are looking for include:
 Flour (4 Kg bags)
 Sugar (4 Kg bags)
 Brown Sugar (1 Kg bags)
 Pasta
 Pasta Sauce
 Canned goods (soups, tuna, vegetables, etc.)
 Beans
 Rice
 Oatmeal
Items may be dropped off at the church, anytime it is open! Please place items
(marked “LOVE WINKLER”) in the kitchen. Your generosity is greatly
appreciated!

and or have winter jackets that are still in good condition, consider donating
them to The Pas. Dark colors and lots of pockets are best…donations can be
dropped off at the church anytime it is open! Thank you in advance for your





Pray for our Church Building Project:
o Pray for God’s protection and safety as construction progresses.
o Pray for the sale of our current building.
Pray for David Harder and the team currently in Mexico setting up an
automated water system at the home/orphanage of Brian & Clarissa Krahn
close to Guaymus, MX. Pray for safety and success.
Pray for safety for the Youth and Leaders returning home this afternoon
from the Retreat at P.V. Bible Camp.
Pray for Blessings on the Ushers and Greeters as they faithfully fulfill their
duties each week. Thank You for your faithful service at GMC!
Our deepest sympathies are extended to Nettie Fehr and
family at the recent passing of Nettie’s mother. Please
remember the family in prayer during this time of sorrow.
