At tfre AGM held during the TusconHighfandGames
there was a reorganizationof some of the executive
responsibilitieswith severalcurrent officers re-electedfor
anotherterm: I continueas Presidentand David Mclane
as Treasurer;also Wolf-DieterKlosewas re-electedas
Directorfor region 1 ( Far West). The secretaryfunctions
will be part of the office of the piplrtgs Editor. We had
thifi-eight sign in at the gamesin Tuscon . They tell me
the rain they had was just like one they had back in 1953.
In fact, it was one of the few rainsthey've had at all since
"sunshine"!

CGUSAhas a group of rooms blockedof for the next
AGMin June 2001 for the Glasgow,Ky. Games. We were
able to get a block of 15 rooms at the Cave City Ky. Best
Western which is newly renovated. Ratesare $45.00per
night for two adults. Three or more add an extra $5.00.

GfasgowHighlandGamestells me that Sir Charles
Macleanof Dunconnelis finishingplanninghis visit to
their gamesand our AGM. His wife, Anne,will be
accompanying
him. We are thrilledthat he will be one of
the fourteen (14) Chiefsto be honored at these
InternationalGames.
The membershipat the AGM whole-heartedlysupported
the reorganizationefforts and my hopesare to have all of
the open positionsfilled in the near future. It is also
hopedthat we can establishconvenershipsin the
remainingstatesthat are currentlywithout such as soon
