canvas, and you the artist with a
palette full of colors as we can take
on a space and transform it beyond
expectations. Over the last 12
months, we have created weddings,
events, parties, and meetings that
went beyond floral arrangements.

Built for a private, exclusive group, Urban Cowboy night included a
dinner on the lawn, a full concert, mechanical bull, and all the details to
match, including extra bars, dance floors, and a dance contest. The Barn
at Blackberry Farm went from elegant to down right honky tonk!
This past fall, a private group wanted a larger meeting space that could also accommodate high
tech audio visual presentations, seat at least 140 people and still have the elegant feel of Blackberry
Farm. We worked with Chattanooga Tent Company and Ovation Events to create a space and
meeting experience that hosted some of the country’s most notable speakers and provided the audience a comfortable and inspiring setting.

We find that the most ordinary spaces, sometimes make the most extraordinary venues. We created a
dinner in the garden’s Hoop House knew that we had come across something special. During the winter
time the sun warms the dome covering, creating a cozy outdoor venue even on a crisp night. The tables
are a glow with candles, and the chefs create menus inspired by the seasonal garden.
You might call hiking to the
LeConte Peak an adventure
(we do too!), but there is
nothing like taking on our
shotgun sports facility. Built
to test the skill and sharpen
instincts, the course offers
an eight-station skeet field, a
flurry, 5-stand and doublewobble trap. New to the
facility is our latest offering...
PAINTBALL. Perfect for
groups working on strategy,
and wanting to get out
and really move around,
we have added paintball to
our menu of activities. We
think it is a great way to get
your group together, have a
little friendly competition,
and test your survival skills.

get out of the kitchen
Cooking demonstrations are always a neat way to share the farm and the kitchen with your group. This year we have added even
more offerings that actually happen outside of the kitchen. Your guests can gather around the fire to learn secrets of cooking on an
open flame with ingredients straight from the garden or get a full course on a Tennessee favorite, barbecue! Taking the demonstrations outside of the kitchen often times gets both men and women interested in donning an apron!
