Abgleichvorschriften
Meßgeräte: DC-Voltmeter, NF-Voltmeter, Meßsender, Wobbler, Stereocoder, Frequenzzähler, Test Cassette 448A
1. Hauptplatte
Abgleich
Vorbereitung
Abgleichvorgang
1. MW-Oszillator
MW;
DC-Voltmeter an FMP601.
Wechselweise mit C641 bei 1602kHz auf 8,0V ± 50mV
und mit L612 bei 531kHz auf 1,2V ± 50mV abgleichen.
2. LW-Oszillator
LW;
DC-Voltmeter an FMP601.
Bei 153kHz mit L613 auf 1,0V ± 50mV abgleichen.
Kontrolle bei 279kHz auf 4,5 - 5,0V.
3. AM-ZF-Kreis
Meßsender an Antenneneingang. MW, Frequenz 1548kHz,
ohne Modulation, E´ = 40dBµV = 100µV.
DC-Voltmeter an FMP603.
Mit L611 auf Maximum abgleichen.
4. MW-Vorkreis
Meßsender an Antenneneingang. MW, ohne Modulation,
E´ = 40dbµV = 100µV.
DC-Voltmeter an FMP603.
Wechselweise mit L603 bei 558kHz und mit C606 bei
1548kHz auf Maximum abgleichen.
5. LW-Vorkreis
Meßsender an Antenneneingang. LW, ohne Modulation,
E´ = 40dbµV = 100µV.
DC-Voltmeter an FMP603.
Wechselweise mit L604 bei 162kHz und mit C607 bei
261kHz auf Maximum abgleichen.
6. AM-Suchlaufstop
Meßsender an Antenneneingang. MW bzw. LW, ohne
Modulation.
MW: Frequenz 1008kHz, E´ = 20dBµV = 10µV
LW: Frequenz 207kHz, E´ = 26dBµV = 20µV.
FMP766 mit +5V verbinden, Display zeigt INIT.
Beliebige Stationstaste drücken, Display zeigt LEVEL M 2
bzw. LEVEL L 2.
Verbindung FMP766 mit +5V lösen.
Beliebige Stationstaste drücken, Display zeigt LEVEL M 1
bzw. LEVEL L 1.
MW und LW: E´ = 48dBµV = 250µV.
Beliebige Stationstaste drücken, Display zeigt Frequenz.
7. FM-Oszillator
FM, Frequenz 88,0MHz.
DC-Voltmeter an FMP1.
Mit L04 auf 2,2V ± 50mV abgleichen.
8. FM-Vorkreis und
ZF
Meßsender an Antenneneingang. FM, Frequenz 88,0MHz,
ohne Modulation, E´ = 40dBµV = 100µV.
DC-Voltmeter zwischen FMP101 (+) und FMP104 (-).
L01, L03 und L101 wechselweise auf Maximum abgleichen.
9. FM-Stopgenerator
Wobbler an Antenneneingang. FM, Mittenfrequenz
88,0MHz, ∆f = 100kHz, E´ = 40dBµV = 100µV, ohne Modulation.
Oszilloskop an FMP103.
Mit L102 auf symmetrischen Stopimpuls abgleichen.

10. Feldstärkepegel
Meßsender an Antenneneingang. FM, Frequenz 88,0MHz, Mit R113 auf +350mV ± 10mV einstellen.
E´ = 40dBµV = 100µV, ohne Modulation;
DC-Voltmeter zwischen FMP101 (+) und FMP104 (-).
11. Stereo-Übersprechdämpfung
Meßsender an Antenneneingang. FM, Frequenz 88,0MHz,
Hub 22,5kHz, fmod = 1kHz, Pilothub 7,5kHz. E´ = 60dBµV =
1mV.
NF-Voltmeter an Lautsprecherausgang.
Linken Kanal modulieren und mit R204 auf maximale
Übersprechdämpfung im rechten Kanal einstellen.
Jetzt rechten Kanal modulieren und im linken Kanal messen. Bei Ungleichheit > 3dB mit R204 angleichen.
12. FM-Suchlaufstopp
Meßsender an Antenneneingang. FM, Frequenz 95,0MHz,
ohne Modulation.
E´ = 20dBµV = 10µV.
FMP766 mit +5V verbinden, Display zeigt INIT.
Beliebige Stationstaste drücken, Display zeigt LEVEL U 2.
Verbindung FMP766 mit +5V lösen.
Beliebige Stationstaste drücken, Display zeigt LEVEL U 1.
E´ = 48dBµV = 250µV.
Beliebige Stationstaste drücken, Display zeigt Frequenz.
2. Laufwerk

Frequenzzähler an Lautsprecherausgang.
Test Cassette 448A (3150Hz-Teil) abspielen.

Test equipment: Digital Voltmeter, AF Voltmeter, Test Generator, Sweep Generator, Stereo Coder, Frequency Counter, Test Cassette 448A
1. Main Board
Adjustment
Preparation
Adjustment Procedure
1. MW Oscillator
MW;
Digital Voltmeter to FMP601.
Align alternating with C641 at 1602kHz for 8.0V ± 50mV
and with L612 at 531kHz for 1.2V ± 50mV.
2. LW Oscillator
LW;
Digital Voltmeter to FMP601.
At 153kHz align with L613 for 1.0V ± 50mV.
Check at 279kHz for 4.5 - 5.0V.
3. AM IF
Test generator to Aerial Input. MW, Frequency 1548kHz,
no modulation, E´ = 40dBµV = 100µV.
Digital Voltmeter to FMP603.
Align with L611 for maximum.
4. MW Band Pass
Test generator to Aerial Input. MW, no modulation,
E´ = 40dBµV = 100µV.
Digital Voltmeter to FMP603.
Align alternating with L603 at 558kHz and with C606 at
1548kHz for maximum.
5. LW Band Pass
Test generator to Aerial Input. LW, no modulation,
E´ = 40dBµV = 100µV.
Digital Voltmeter to FMP603.
Align alternating with L604 at 162kHz and with C607 at
261kHz for maximum.
6. AM Search Level
Test generator to Aerial Input. MW resp. LW, no modulation.
MW: Frequency 1008kHz, E´ = 20dBµV = 10µV
LW: Frequency 207kHz, E´ = 26dBµV = 20µV.
Connect FMP766 and +5V, Display shows INIT.
Press any station button, Display shows LEVEL M 2 resp.
LEVEL L 2.
Disconnect FMP766 and +5V.
Press any station button, Display shows LEVEL M 1 resp.
LEVEL L 1.
MW and LW: E´ = 48dBµV = 250µV.
Press any station button, Display shows frequency.
7. FM Oscillator
FM, Frequency 88.0MHz.
Digital Voltmeter to FMP1.
Align with L04 for 2.2V ± 50mV.
8. FM Band Pass and
IF
Test generator to Aerial Input. FM, Frequency 88.0MHz,
no modulation. E´ = 40dBµV = 100µV.
Digital Voltmeter between FMP101 (+) and FMP104 (-).
Align alternating with L01, L03 and L101 for a maximum.
9. FM Stop Generator
Connect a Sweep Generator to aerial input, FM, Center
frequency 88.0MHz; ∆f = 100kHz; E´ = 40dBµV = 100µV,
no modulation.
Connect an Oscilloscope to FMP103.
Align L102 for a symmetrical stop impulse.

10. FM Field Strength
Level
Test generator to Aerial Input. FM, Frequency 88.0MHz,
E´ = 40dBµV = 100µV, no modulation.
Digital Voltmeter between FMP101 (+) and FMP104 (-).
Align R113 for +350mV ± 10mV.
11. Stereo Crosstalk
Attenuation
Test generator to Aerial Input. Frequency 88.0MHz,
f mod = 1kHz, deviation 22.5kHz, Pilot level 7.5kHz,
E´ = 60dBµV = 1mV.
AF-Voltmeter to Loudspeaker Output left and right.
Modulate the left channel and set R204 for maximum
Crosstalk Attenuation at the right channel.
Now modulate the right channel and look at the left
channel. If the difference is > 3dB, set R204 for equal
attenuation.
12. FM Search Level
Test generator to Aerial Input. FM, Frequency 95.0MHz,
no modulation.
E´ = 20dBµV = 10µV.
Connect FMP766 and +5V, Display shows INIT.
Press any station button, Display shows LEVEL U 2.
Disconnect FMP766 and +5V.
Press any station button, Display shows LEVEL U 1.
E´ = 48dBµV = 250µV.
Press any station button, Display shows frequency.
2. Tape Drive
Adjustment
Tape Speed
Preparation
Connect a Frequency Counter to Speaker Output.
Play Test Cassette 448A (3150Hz part).
Adjustment Procedure
Adjust with motorpoti for 3150Hz.
