UNICITY
The Beranka project in Horní Počernice was conceived
and designed to offer all the advantages of living in standalone houses, without the hazard of their maintenance
from the very beginning. We want the owners to participate
in creating their dream homes, and that is why they
can choose from, among others, several home types,
garden sizes and terrace sizes, and even facade colours.
Located in close vicinity to the Pilsen university, this largescale development is merely 10 minutes drive from the city
centre. Although surrounded by abundant green areas, the
project itself is also elegantly designed around a communal
park. Unicity has obtained a planning permit and will deliver
over 30,500 sq m of gross build area upon completion.

Laying in a beautiful green setting, this development is
located between two large parks in Hrdlořezy – Prague 9.
The first stage of Zelené Město was successfully completed
and is now home to circa 430 families. All common areas,
internal court yards and fully equipped children playgrounds,

SEDMIKRÁSKA
Trio Residence is completed project in Prague 5 – Zličín
that offered 58 new apartments varying in size from 1+kk
to 4+kk. Right from the planning phase, we visualised the
home owners as young active families, which motivated us
to create a modern architectural design that accentuates the
sophisticated façades, and incorporates a generous children’s
playground, as well as a private park.
Sedmikráska is located in Prague 9, just a few metres
from the O2 arena and Českomoravská metro station.
The organic facade was inspired by nature, represented
in a park located on the estate and gives the residence
a truly unique look. The project was successfully
sold out months prior to completion.

The Tupolevova Residence is formed by two
architecturally interesting and functional buildings,
located near the OC Letňany commercial and cultural
centre. The fully sold out development was particularly
appreciated for its modern interior layout and large
terraces, overlooking the surrounding greenery.
Nad Motolským Hájem II, completed in 2014, is
the proud continuation of our successful project
Nad Motolským Hájem I (completed in 2008). This
project was designed for those who enjoy living in
a peacefull environment surrounded by greenery, and
specifically welcomed the popular location of Prague 5.

KLIMENTSKÁ APARTMENTS
The Nad Vltavským údolím apartment complex is
sensibly set in the Budovec residential district, with
a reputation as one of the greenest areas in Prague 6 and
the capital. This four-storey building with only four to six
apartments per floor gives the impression of being
a large family house. It creates an oasis that is
sufficiently far from the city bustle, yet remains close
enough for daily shopping and commuting to work.
Klimentská apartments compliment our residential
portfolio, by adding a touch of “classic” to our overall
