On the Villa side
Reallocation of the villas: 91 villas designed by skilled architects,
divided into 6 categories and 16 premium villas. The premium villas
spread along holes N°12, 13 and 14 of the golf course located on the
south west of the Domain.
Taxation update for 2013: total exemption from tax on surplus values
for properties considered as a main residence for more than 6 years
rather than 8 years.

The Domain’s villas “Guest house” Offer
At Domaine Royal Palm, the villa owners have the possibility of extending their living surface by adding a
guesthouse on their plot. One-bedroom guesthouses include an entrance, a bedroom, a bathroom and an
outdoor shower on a surface of 48m2 and can be built on plots bigger than 1900m2. As the two-bedroom
guesthouses stretch out on 87m2 on plots bigger than 3000m2, and consist of an entrance, a living room,
and 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. These independent houses from the main villa can also be
equipped with a hammam.

On the Golf side
With an opening of the Domaine December 11, 2013, the teams finish planting the last major elements of
structure and refine the details: control of mowing height, of sand compaction in the bunkers and of the clump
of bushes’ size… the opportunity to obtain feedback from Royal Palm Golf Club’s Director, Michel Besanceney:
“For having already played and replayed here – privilege of my job – I am enthusiastic and eager to present this
new course to our clients. I believe that the technical and artistic choices we made go towards the pleasures of
playing. The generous wide fairways and their mild outlines are perfectly balanced with the obstacles intended
to spice up the game. It is not without a touch of pride that we are preparing to receive our golfing friends.” The
course will be open to the villa owners and to the clients of the hotel, on the opening day of the Domain.

The Royal Palm Marrakech Palm Suite
Like all the suites of the hotel, the Royal Palm’s Palm

NEWCOMER
Amine BOUHALBA, Sales Director Royal Palm Marrakech
In early August, the Royal Palm Marrakech welcomed his Sales Director Amine
Bouhalba. This young Moroccan of 31 years studies Tourism and Marketing in
Lyon, where he starts his career as a receptionist within the Sofitel Hotels before
joining Park & Suites as Sales and banquet manager. In 2007, he decides to return
to school to study hotel management at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in
Switzerland. He returns to his homeland after graduating and becomes in 2008
Sales Manager for one of the most prestigious address of Marrakech, la
Mamounia. Amine is now joining the Royal Palm Marrakech adventure in order to
develop sales in Morocco and internationally, and thus becomes the main contact
for the Beachcomber Hotels and Beachcomber Tours’ Office.

decoration. The Dades Residence has been finalised and the filling up of the main pool has started.
