that has served the signage and construction industry for more than

is provided for standard Kroy sign sizes and materials. Pricing
formulas are provided for specific sign sizes and configurations
necessary to achieve project design specifications.

Signage Pricing and Estimating
• NET THIRTY (30) DAYS with credit approval.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice. Please call for current
pricing and qualified quantity discounts.
• Major credit/debit cards are accepted (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX).
• Custom manufactured signage pricing is provided in a written
Quotation. Please contact Kroy Estimating for assistance or to request
a sign quote.
• Advance deposits may be required with first orders, custom signs,
special materials and large signage products.
• $50.00 MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT
(Credit Card, Prepaid and Online orders do not require a minimum
purchase)
• Written sign pricing quotations are provided in 24 - 48 HOURS and
valid for FORTY FIVE (45) days. Please sign and return this form with
any signage purchase order.
Manufacturing
Color Matching
• Credit Term accounts must be current prior to sign order scheduling,
production and shipments from inventory.
• Kroy Sign Systems utilizes the Pantone Matching System (PMS) as
its color management system. Please reference a PMS-C (coated)
color or a paint manufacturer’s color (Dunn Edwards, Sherwin
Williams, etc) when specifying or provide a color swatch. There is no
charge for color matching.
• Customer is responsible for providing and approving sign specifications before production scheduling.
* Customer is responsible for sign specifications required to achieve all
local, federal and building compliance codes including ADA and Title
24.
• Sign colors and finishes are achieved using Matthew’s Acrylic
Polyurethane (MAP) paint. All surface applied paint color coatings
are protected and sealed with a matte clear topcoat finish unless
otherwise specified. Please call for optional finishes or to request a
sign color sample.
• Signage inventory and online orders ship in 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
• Manufactured signage, specialty signs and custom products ship in
10 - 25 BUSINESS DAYS based on the current production schedule.
• NOTE: The Pantone Matching System (PMS) is a graphic standard
most commonly used for ink color matching in printing applications.
Ink and paint colors vary slightly based on the color opacity and base
material. Ink is translucent and reflects on white paper. Paint is
opaque and more dense than ink when applied to any substrate.
Therefore, paint does not reflect the base material and may vary
slightly compared to ink.
• Specification changes, addendums or cancellations are subject to
any reasonable and customary charges incurred by Kroy Sign Systems
during production.
• Order Acknowledgments are provided to customers confirming
receipt of purchase order, products, pricing and estimated shipment
date.
Shipments
• All orders "Ship Complete" FOB Scottsdale, Arizona unless
otherwise specified.
• Freight is PREPAID AND ADDED to customer invoices.
• Standard UPS GROUND freight is provided unless otherwise
specified. Please reference any special or priority instructions (USPS,
COLLECT, COD) with all orders.
• Additional freight charges may apply for crating, palletizing and
packaging larger signage orders.
• “RUSH ORDERS” are subject to the current production schedule. An
expediting surcharge may apply.
• $50.00 MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT for all
“Drop Shipments” and “Blind Shipments” as requested.

Limited Product Warranty
Kroy Sign Systems warranties Standard Architectural and Non-Illuminated sign products to be
free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original
retail purchase and shipment from our manufacturing facility in Scottsdale, Arizona USA.
Kroy Sign Systems warranties Etched Zinc and Aluminum Flat Panel sign products to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of 36 months from the date of original retail
purchase and shipment from our manufacturing facility in Scottsdale, Arizona USA.
Kroy Sign Systems will repair, refinish or replace, at its option and without charge, any standard Kroy
Sign Systems’ manufactured sign product or sign component deemed defective. Kroy Sign Systems
reserves the right to visually inspect and verify all signs for said defect and may also, at its option, issue
a credit to the purchaser in such an amount as it deems reasonable. Kroy Sign Systems will not be
obligated to modify, change or otherwise substitute any sign types, materials, graphics, colors or copy
from the original sign specification.
Defective product claims must be authorized by a company representative and returned to Kroy Sign
Systems with a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA #). Include the dated proof of purchase
and a brief description of the said defect with any product return. Defective product returns are
prepaid by the purchaser and expected to be in a suitable shipping container.
The manufacturers limited warranty applies only to products manufactured and distributed by Kroy
Sign Systems in the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Kroy does not
warranty any representation or value-added service(s) provided by distributors. These services may
include, but are not limited to:

ADA Standards for Accessible Sign Design.
Federal, state and local building code compliance.
Any sign modifications or alterations to manufactured products..
Site survey’s and sign programming services.
Sign maintenance, labor, de-installation and installation services.
Additionally, this warranty excludes sign products that are damaged by misuse or neglect, normal
wear and tear, color fading, failure to provide reasonable product maintenance, vandalism, acts of
nature, accidents and misapplication. It also excludes “interior use only” rated sign materials used in
an environment where temperature and humidity are not controlled and subject to changing
conditions.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR
OTHERWISE, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
KROY SIGN SYSTEMS DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER SUCH WARRANTIES ANY
RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING
FROM ANY INJURY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE
THE PRODUCT.
THE FORGOING MAY ONLY BE ALTERED OR MODIFIED BY AN AGREEMENT IN WRITING AND
SIGNED BY AN EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE COMPANY.

Return Policy
General Product Returns
Extensive quality inspections are performed during Kroy’s manufacturing process to insure that products and procedures achieve our
quality standards. Careful attention is also given to shipment packaging and materials. These safeguards minimize potential errors, defects
and damages associated with orders and shipments. However, shipping damages occasionally occur so receiving and inspection
procedures need to be followed when accepting deliveries.
• Visually inspect all shipments, packaging and sign products immediately upon receipt.
• Shipping damages must be reported immediately to the freight company and Kroy Sign Systems for claims processing procedures.
• Product damages must also be reported to Kroy Sign Systems within 48 HOURS of receipt and returned products must be authorized by
a company representative. Sign product returns must include a Return Materials Authorization (RMA#) number issued by the company.
• Authorized product returns must be received by Kroy Sign Systems within 30 DAYS of receipt. Claims are forfeited if not inspected and
validated by Kroy Sign Systems during this time frame.
• Customers are responsible for prepaid return freight charges and packaging.
• Stock product returns are subject to a 15% verification, inspection and restocking charge. Returned products must be in original factory
packaging and free from any markings, labels and installation fasteners.
• Signs manufactured to customer specifications, special order materials, discontinued sign products, promotional and seasonal sign
products will not be accepted as returns.
Damage Procedures
• Keep all packaging materials to substantiate inspection, damage and claim. Report damage immediately, and upon delivery, to the
transportation company. Note damage on the bill of lading and have both the receiver and truck driver sign bill
• Product damages are subject to verification and inspection via digital photographs, transportation claims or product returns.
• Damaged signage can be reordered immediately. Customer will be invoiced for replacement product pending claim approval with credit
applied to the replacement product invoice.
Return Procedures
• Product returns must be authorized by Kroy Sign Systems.
• Return Material Authorization (RMA#) numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of all packages. Sign products shall be carefully
packaged in a suitable shipping container and forwarded to:

Kroy Sign Systems reserves the unrestricted right to refuse any unauthorized return and discontinue return privileges to any customer that
engages in fraudulent, excessive or unethical return practices. Kroy Sign Systems also reserves the unrestricted right to change, modify or
amend the general return policy at any time.

Graphics and Artwork Requirements
File Preparation
Customer provided artwork is generally used to produce:

Signs and sign inserts.
Ready-To-Apply vinyl letters and logos.
CNC router generated dimensional letters and logos.
Full color digital graphics, prints and banners.
Evacuation, safety and orientation maps.
• All files must be converted to outline (Illustrator) or curves
(CorelDRAW).
• Bitmap images need to be saved full size in no less than 75dpi.
• All specific Pantone colors must be clearly identified, if applicable.

Illustrator and Photoshop files are preferred and more suitable for sign
making, vinyl cutting and digital print applications. Art charges may
apply if files require modification prior to output.
Files sizes GREATER THAN 10MB may be uploaded to the Kroy Sign
Systems ftp site at:
www.kroysignsystems.com/Products/upload_2.html
Fonts
If you are unable to upload the artwork to our ftp site, files must be
submitted on CD, DVD or memory stick.
To avoid accidental substitution of fonts used in customer provided
artwork, ALL FILES MUST BE CONVERTED TO OUTLINE
(Illustrator) OR CURVES (CorelDRAW).
Graphic and Design Services
Call the Kroy Sign Systems Art Department in advance to discuss
details regarding artwork services. Artwork, graphics and design
services are available and estimates are based on an established
hourly rate.
Vector Images
Custom sign panel shapes and layouts, sign inserts, RTA
(ready-to-apply) vinyl or CNC router generated letters and logos
generally require a “Vector” file be created in either Illustrator (.ai) or
CorelDRAW (.cdr).
Fax requests to (480) 483-4629 or email the request to one of the
email addresses listed above.
Color Verification
Other file formats that may or may not be acceptable are .dxf, .dwg,
.eps or .pdf. Check with Kroy Sign Systems’ Art Department to verify
file type compatibility.
Colors may vary between computer systems, monitors and printing
devices. It is recommended that an original printed copy be mailed to
Kroy Sign Systems so that color output can be verified prior to
production.
If a digital file is not available, clean black and white artwork is
required for accurate scanning and outline reproduction. Art fees will
apply.
If a printed copy is not available, Kroy Sign Systems may, at it’s own
discretion, send to you via USPS a representative printed sample for
verification and authorization. Subsequent changes may be sent until
Kroy Sign Systems is assured the finished product meets your
expectations.
Bitmap Images
Full color digital graphics, prints, banners, inserts, evacuation, safety
and orientation maps generally require a decent resolution “Bitmap”
file created in Photoshop (.psd) and saved as either a .psd or .tif.
Send original printed copies to:
Kroy Sign Systems highly recommends that art files be cropped at
100% percent with a resolution of 75 - 150 dpi for large prints and
no greater than 300 dpi for smaller prints. If possible, do not flatten
layers in case adjustments must be made prior to output.
