LaCaille's tradition of excellence in the Eau Claire district
continues with Solaire, a 21-storey mixed-use condominium
tower at the Bow River Parkway in Eau Claire's West End.
Solaire's prime location offers direct access to the Bow River
Parkway and is within walking distance to the Kensington & Eau
Claire districts, C-train and all conveniences of downtown. Solaire
features spectacular, unobstructed views of the Bow River,

LaCaille’s high standard of excellence continues through to
the suite interiors. Suites range in size from 585 – 1800 sq
ft. Both one and two bedroom open concept designs are still
available and all suites include underground parking. The high
end, impeccable quality of the standard interior specifications
consist of; Boen engineered hardwood, porcelain tiles, granite
countertops in both the kitchen and the bathroom(s), a selection
of contemporary paint color options, fireplaces, Bosch appliances
and window coverings.
Solaire enjoys floor to ceiling windows to take in the
breathtaking views. All one and two bedroom suites
have balconies and natural gas outlets. Solaire will be
wired with the Cat 5 communication system through
Telus offering maximum flexibility for installation of
communication devices, such as high speed wireless
internet, without the mess of unnecessary wires and
cords. The security consists of an electronic locking
system, a coded card, which allows access into the
building, and needs to be used in the elevator to access
the owner’s individual floor. Entry by guests will be via
intercom and closed circuit television cameras viewable
within each suite.
Catering to the high demand of owner-occupied office
space, Solaire has 3 floors of finished office space with
sizes ranging from 1000 – 2500 square feet or entire
floors of 7000 sq ft available. Solaire is scheduled for
completion in the spring of 2010.

The LaCaille Group

La Caille On The Bow
Restaurant which had
become known as
one of Calgary’s most
respected Fine Dining
Establishments since it
was acquired in 1985.
Located in the heart
