ABOUT ARTWALK
For over 25 years, the Galveston Arts Center has
coordinated ArtWalk eight Saturdays per year in
the heart of Galveston’s historic district, and it has
become an institution of our island life. ArtWalk is
a coordinated evening of gallery receptions and artrelated events that are hosted in existing commercial
galleries, non-profit arts spaces and “other walls” −
retail sites and restaurants.
One of the Galveston Arts Center’s largest and
longest-running programs, ArtWalk promotes the
arts and supports our rich cultural community,
offering a host of places to see, buy and learn
about art.
For more information, or to find out how your venue
or business can be involved, call 409.763.2403 or
