EFFECTIVE JUNE 27, 2016
We are making changes in order to:

Replace one-way loops that contribute to longer journey times
Simplify the bus network
Position the network to easily expand to new growth areas
Grow ridership through enhanced route design and service
The new network features:
• Two-way service on all routes
• New connection from south Ajax to PULSE (Highway 2)
• Continuous service on Rossland Road between the Harmony and Pickering Parkway Terminals

We are making changes in order to:

Enhance area coverage within the Port Perry and Uxbridge urban areas
Enhance coverage in small urban areas
Eliminate duplicate services
Enhance travel to neighbouring regions
Grow ridership through enhanced route design and service
The new network features:
• Route 950 replaces Routes 701 and 801
o Monday – Friday, all day service for trips within the Port Porry and Uxbridge urban areas
• Route 601 modified to service Manilla, Wilfrid, Udora, and Leaskdale
o Trip times adjusted to better accommodate commuters and midday riders
o Connections available to York Region Transit
• New Route 960 service between Uxbridge and Newmarket, connecting to York Region Transit
and GO Transit at the 404-Davis Drive Park and Ride

The new network features:
• Two-way service on portions of the network where possible. Two-way service to grow as
resources are made available.
• Service will be timed at the GO Transit Bowmanville Park and Ride with GO Bus service
• Serves existing new growth areas, and builds the foundation for further expansion as new
development occurs
