the CM006197-DS and CM006197-PS Support legs.
Older C-TTB-CAPR-2 tray’s can be upgraded with these legs if desired.

3/8” x 1 Hex bolt and Flat washer
NOTE:
It is recommended to remove the main tray
platform from frame for easier installation.
Note:
The driver and passenger side legs are offset
slightly different due to the trunk side wall.
The driver bracket has a hole in the angled
section to help identify and the passenger side
does not.

Insert #CM001393 forward backing plates into
crossover framework behind rear seat. (one each
side) Installation is much easier when rear seat is
removed.
Pre-assemble upper and lower forward brackets
together with 1/4 x 3/4 carriage bolts and nuts.
(nuts on forward side)
Loosely attach forward bracket assembly to
backing plates with 1/4" serrated nuts.
Insert #CM003747 rear backing plates into
trunk ceiling... (one each side)
Loosely attach rear bracket assembly to
backing plates with 1/4" serrated nuts.
Front and rear mount brackets in place.
Confirm desired tray height before next step.
Place slide out tray frame into trunk.
Installation is easier with tray removed from
frame.

Set tray frame onto front bracket.
Bolt tray frame to forward support bracket with
1/4 x 3/4 carriage bolts and nuts.
(nuts go underneath)
Double check tray height position and tighten all
hardware. Main tray is removable from frame for
bench work pre-assembly.
Loosely attach tray frame sides to rear bracket with
1/4" x 3/4" Hex bolts, washers and serrated nuts.
Note: Flat washer goes under hex bolt head.
Do not use washers under serrated nuts
Attach rear support legs to tray frame using the same
hardware used for the upper rear bracket.
Bottom part of leg rests on trunk floor under carpet.
Note: Only the driver side leg has a hole in the angled
section to help identify
