the beach begins at $750, which includes a back-up room and chair set-up.

full audiovisual services available for rent.
Our services include: video data equipment,
display accessories, screens, speaker support,
microphones, mixers & speakers, light kits
and other miscellaneous items. Please refer
to the A/V menu for a full list of equipment. In
order to ensure the availability of equipment,
please notify your Catering Manager as soon
as possible. Cancellations of equipment must
be received not later than 48 hours prior to
your function date to avoid penalty charges.
Audiovisual technicians are available by
advance notice at a rate of $50/hr. Monday –
Friday, 8am to 5pm. All other times are billed
at $65/hr. All audiovisual charges are daily
and subject to a 20% service fee and 7% tax.
