NEW SCHOOL HOURS
Students may be dropped off as early as
7:30 a.m. if eating breakfast.

Transportation Forms must be filled out and turned in
NO LATER than the 1st day of school.
2. No one is permitted to enter the school building,
classroom or entrance hallways at the closing of school.
3. Any child picked up 5, 10 and 15 minutes BEFORE 3:00
p.m. will be entered and recorded as 1 / 4 day unexcused
absence.

If your child does not need to take the bus in the morning and/or
afternoon, please contact the appropriate school district
transportation department, in addition to Par Excellence.
Steps for Notifying School of Changes:
1. Send a note TO School with child.
(include how and who will be picking up student)

Family / Friends picking up child(ren) should have their ID
with them before child will be released.
All Kindergarten / 1st Grade students: pick-ups and
walkers will dismiss from the EAST end (staff parking
lot doors) Please do not park in staff parking lot.
Grades 2 – 5: pick-ups and walkers are dismissed at
the front doors
K – 5 bus riders are dismissed at the gym doors

Student Vacations:
 Must be in written form by the parent
2 weeks prior or could lead to
unexcused absences.
Students are ONLY permitted
“5” accumulative vacation days

prior to the end of a semester or grading
period and during OAA Testing week.

ALL Par Excellence Academy students will have a daily
fruit or vegetable mid-morning snack.

Every Tuesday, 1 class a week will be able to stop at the
salad bar for their mid-morning snack.

A Balanced Breakfast will

• No Heelys or lights on shoes
• Boys are not permitted to wear earrings
• Girls are not permitted to wear dangly
earrings
• No Kool-Aid or excessive color in hair or

Consequences for Coming to School Out of Uniform

FIRST offense: parents shall be called to bring the correct clothing to
school.
SECOND offense: student may be sent home if they come to school out of
uniform.
REPEAT offense: Students who come to school on a regular basis out of
uniform may be removed from school.
