Acenti Limited Five-Year Warranty
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state. LEVITON warrants to the original purchaser that this
p roduct is free of defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the
p u rchase date. Leviton will correct such defects by repair or replacement, at its
option, if the product is returned, prepaid, with proof of purchase to: Leviton
Manufacturing Co., Inc., Attn: Quality Assurance Dept., 59-25 Little Neck Parkway,
Little Neck, NY 11362-2591. This Wa rranty does not cover labor for removal or
reinstallation of the product and is void on any product improperly installed, overloaded, abused or altered in any manner. Leviton limits the duration of any implied
w a rranty of merchantability to one year and excludes incidental or consequential
damages for breach of any warranty on this product. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of
