Hello and welcome to
the 12th Annual Canadian
Comedy Awards and Festival!
October 13-17th
Please join us for the best live performers from the past year as chosen by their peers. There are
small venues, big venues, galas, workshops and more. Our festival features sketch, improv, stand-up
and comedic plays performed by artists from coast to coast and they are all in town to make you
laugh and party! To enjoy it all, pick up our great Festival Pass.
What started 12 years ago as a one night comedy awards party has become a 5 day Festival that has
toured to Regina, Saint John, London and is now back in Toronto. What started as an industry event
now embraces all Canadians who can vote on the key awards – Comedy Person of The year,
Best TV show, film, Web and Radio clip!
If you haven’t voted – you can register to vote at www.canadiancomedy.ca for next year.
Ave. E. our venues, volunteers,
Thanks to all of our partners, The Comedy Network for 12 years ofEglinton
support,
committee members and to all the talented artists who have the hardest and most rewarding job in
showbiz – making people laugh!
Thank You for supporting Canadian Comedy!

Foundation For Excellence.
