INTRODUCTION
Since the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax
(GST), there have been various updates to its processes.
However, one surety remains that any wrong declaration is
an offence. Therefore, it is vital that organisations keep abreast with all
the latest requirements and measures enforced by the
Royal Malaysian Customs to avoid any complications and
obstacles to the business. This programme will take an interactive approach in
assisting and guiding your organisation in its specific areas
of concerns and to identify the appropriate solutions
moving forward.
• Achieve an in-depth understanding on the up
to-date GST implementation requirements
• Minimising the risk of applying the wrong tax
codes and making mistakes in the GST 03
form submission
• Make good the wrongs before Customs initial
full compliance audit
