Complex
173,496 Sq Ft
The site is located in Downtown Houston near the northeast
intersection I-45&Hwy 59. The site is within close proximity to the
Toyota Center, BBVA Compass Stadium, Minute Maid Park, Theater
District and all of the downtown entertainment and hospitality venues.
With over 800 million dollars in commercial development to be
completed by 2017, the current residential unit capacity in downtown
will fall short of statisfying the ever-growing demand. For this reason
the City of Houston is welcoming needed residential projects like City
View Terrace.
Project Detail
Houston Dynamo
BBVA Compass Stadium,
Houston Dynamo
BBVA Compass Stadium, seats 22,000, is
the newest addition to Houston's
professional sports landscape. This state-ofthe-art facility is home to the Houston
Dynamo soccer team and Texas Southern
University football. The open-air stadium
will also serve as the host venue for
concerts, festivals, boxing, high school
sports, soccer "friendlies," sports
championships, community and special
events and more.
The City of Houston has already benefitted
from the stadium's development with 1,500
construction and related jobs. Another 300
jobs were added once the venue opened in
spring of 2012. BBVA Compass Stadium
has generated over $32 million for the local
economy while revitalization of the area
east of downtown, where a new light rail
line is already under construction.
The new home of the Dynamo has been
good for the environment, as this facility
promises to be the most recycled and
sustainable stadium ever built. In fact, steps
were taken for certification under the
Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design (LEED) system with the United
States Green Building Council to become
the "greenest" stadium in Houston and one
of the only LEED certified sports venues in
Texas.
Super Bowl 51 Houston Texas
The Super Bowl is coming back to Houston in 2017.
NFL owners awarded Super Bowl LI to Houston as the site for the 2017 Super Bowl,”
Texans chairman and CEO Bob McNair said. “This is a worldwide stage that will be
constructed in Houston and the world will be watching. It’s an opportunity to showcase
our wonderful city, the NFL and the Super Bowl all at the same time.”
This is the third Super Bowl for Houston and the first since Super Bowl XXXVIII at
Reliant Stadium in 2004. The Bayou City also hosted Super Bowl VIII in 1974. The Texans
are installing new video boards at Reliant this offseason that will be the largest in a sports
stadium in the world.
“It’s a great city,” NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said. “They have a terrific stadium.
They obviously put together a proposal that got a great deal of support from our
membership. They deserve the Super Bowl, and we’re thrilled to be part of that and I think
it’s going to be great for the game.”
The Houston Super Bowl Bid Committee, led by chairman Ric Campo, submitted its final
bid to each of the NFL owners on May 8. Campo and NRG Energy CEO David Crane
made their final presentation in Boston on Tuesday afternoon by. Former U.S. Secretary of
State James Baker, the Honorary Chair for the committee, delivered a video message to the
owners on Tuesday.
“We’ve accomplished what we set out to do,” Campo said. “Thanks to the support and
efforts of Mayor (Annise) Parker, (Harris County) Judge (Ed) Emmett and the entire
Houston Bid Committee, we’re bringing another Super Bowl back to Houston. Our plans
for the international celebration leading up to the game will create an unprecedented fan
experience for Super Bowl LI.”
Of Course, this does mean millions of dollars of tourism money being injected into the
city of Houston. With the innovative part of Houston’s bid was a 10-day festival leading
up to the game called “Super Bowl El Centro,” which McNair said will create “very much
an international and a regional experience.” Houston will invite fans from cities all over
Texas and Mexico for events during the week.
The hub for many Super Bowl activities will be Discovery Green, an 11.87-acre downtown
park that opened in 2008. McNair said it can hold more than 100,000 people without
having to close any city streets. He also estimated that Houston will attract upward of
500,000 visitors, 1,200 members of the media and 20,000 volunteers for the Super Bowl.

Job creation: Our economists have determined that 700 jobs will be created for this project.
The economic impacts were derived using RIMS II Houston final demand and direct effect
multipliers. This is sufficient to meet the EB-5 investor jobs requirement and provides a very
safe 45.8%cushion for job creation, as we are only requiring 480 jobs for this project. The site
has also been approved as a TEA by The City of Houston.

EB-5 优势
* The EB-5 immigrant investor visa program offers more advantages and fewer constraints
than any other visa program in the world. The United States has no requirements as to age,
business training, management skills or other experience, and language skills requirements.
The EB-5 permanent visa requires no future re-qualification.
* The investors have no obligation or requirement to accept employment.
* The education benefits of permanent residents are available to all EB-5 visa holders such as
admission to State universities at state residency costs.
* Qualifying investors, their spouse and unmarried children less than 21 years of age all will be
granted United States Lawful Permanent Residency.
* During the period of temporary permanent visas there is a residency time requirement.
* Legal permanent residents under the EB-5 Investor Visa Program enjoy the same benefits as
every other United States resident absent the right to vote.
* Permanent residents need not be continuously and physically present in the United States,
and they can maintain business and professional relationships in their country of origin (some
requirements exist ask your immigration counsel).
* Investors may work, live, or own their own proprietary businesses anywhere in the United
States regardless of the location of the EB-5 investment locations.
* The EB-5 investment program does not require immigrant investors to manage their
investment on a daily basis, but rather they are allowed to be deemed to ‘actively engage’ in a
business enterprise, meaning they can be limited partners (this is the structure of all CMB
investments) and pursue other professional or personal ventures.
* Should the investor and his or her family elect to become United States citizens, the time
spent as conditional permanent residents is credited towards the five year lawful permanent
residency requirement for United States citizenship.
* As a permanent resident, the investor and his or her family are free to return to their
homeland for visits or business purposes, as long as a residence is maintained in the United
States.
