While further testing of RIOS is needed, especially regarding sensitivity analysis of the
multiple combinations of weights implicit in the ranking approach, multivariate analysis
seems to be a cost-effective solution to incorporate new ecosystems services.
RIOS “Hackeability” allows to integrate RIOS with other modeling tools and approaches
(SWAT, FIESTA, WaterWorld) and approaches workflow in a two way process:
