NEW!
“Sales” is the art of motivating someone
to buy a Product but, “Negotiation” is the art of getting
paid for what you’ve sold -- the selling of a Deal. The
selling of a Product and the selling of a Deal are totally
different but co-dependent. The selling of a house, a

of psychology based Selling & Negotiation Techniques.
Fasten your seat belt for a high-octane ride and you
will learn the most sophisticated, psychology-based
sales principles and techniques that will turn the MakeDo’s” into “Gotta-Haves”. Learn negotiation language,

buy; personal growth as a salesperson and negotiator;
and much, much more. A must for all salespeople,

Tai Chi for Fitness & Well Being
Tai chi is sometimes described as “meditation
in motion” because it promotes serenity through
gentle movements — connecting the mind and
body. Originally developed in ancient China for
self-defense, tai chi evolved into a graceful form of
exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and to
help with a variety of other health conditions. A low
intensity exercise, it is composed of non-strenuous,
graceful body movements that are suitable to all
people of all ages. Scientific evidence suggests
that tai chi may offer numerous benefits beyond
stress reduction, including reducing anxiety and
depression, improving balance, flexibility and
muscle strength, lowering blood pressure, improving
sleep quality, and increasing energy, endurance
and agility. Your instructor is Suzanne Cornett,
a certified yoga instructor who also has been
practicing the art of Tai Chi for many years.

DID YOU KNOW...
When Joseph Pilates moved to England in 1912, he
earned a living as a professional circus performer
and self-defense trainer at police schools and
Scotland Yard. Nevertheless, the British authorities
interned him during World War I along with other
German citizens in a concentration camp on the
Isle of Man. During this involuntary break he began
to intensively develop his concept of an integrated,
comprehensive system of physical exercise and
trained his fellow inmates in fitness and exercises. It
has been told that these inmates survived the great
pandemic of 1918 due to their good physical shape.

will magnetically attract all your hearts’ desires. The
presenter, Curtis Adney, is a life coach, motivational
