Book Fair and Book Parade
Congratulations on a fantastic day! It
was wonderful to see so many
students participate in our Book
Character parade. A big “thankyou”
to the parents for helping their
children with their costumes - they
looked fantastic. Don’t miss more
great photos on the back page!
Also, a special thank you to all the
parents and students who have
purchased books from the Book Fair.
Ms Molloy has, as always, done an exceptional job in organising the Book Fair,
which brings enormous benefits to our school.
Woolgoolga Real Estate Soccer Gala Day
th
On Friday 19 August, the boys and girls school
soccer teams contested the Woolgoolga Real
Estate Soccer Shield gala day. This day is
sponsored by Woolgoolga Real Estate. It gives
the students a chance to meet other students
from Mullaway, Sandy Beach and Corindi Public
Schools in a well organised, fun filled day of
soccer.
The boys’ team won all their games,
bringing home the boys’ trophy, while the
girls won one out of the three games.
This result gave us the most points
overall to bring home the shield. Thank
you to parents and carers for providing
transport and cheering both teams during
the day.
