FOREWORD
Welcome to the second edition of the Community Guide and Directory.
We hope you find this publication useful as it contains a wealth of
information about local groups and organisations across the county
borough of Bridgend.
The guide has been produced as a result of the continuing successful
partnership between Bridgend County Borough Council, ABMU Health
Board, NHS Direct and Bridgend Association of Voluntary Organisations
(BAVO) and we’d like to thank all those involved in the production.
We hope you find the publication useful and long may this close
partnership work continue so that we can serve the needs of all residents
of the county borough in the future.
In addition to being produced in paper format, the Community Guide and
Directory can also be found online by visiting Bridgend County Borough
